PHENOMENAL KIDS CHILDCARE LEARNING CENTER INC

I was hesitant to post this because Charmaine and her team were absolutely nothing but kind and I really felt like they were trying to help us. The facility is great, the kids seemed happy and I see that others love their kids being here. That being said, my story was a bit different. My child had always been in an at home day care and was use to a lot of one on one time. We absolutely knew that switching to a facility was going to be hard for her and were expecting a transitional period. We discussed this with Charmaine before we ever signed paperwork and she had assured me that they could handle it and that was normal. So we sign up, pay all the application fees and tuition and we start daycare. The first few days were rough, which again, we expected but then we started getting comments at pick up about how much she was crying and how unique that was because they had never seen a child cry so much for so long and how she was a distraction for the whole class. Then came all the sicknesses (which is absolutely expected) that kept us out of daycare for a few days the first few weeks. By week 2 we got a call saying that we should come get her and that she was not adjusting well and suggestions that she was just not ready. So we paid $700 for 3 full days of day care, and left feeling like there was something wrong with our child. Fast forward to today, it’s day 5 at the new facility we found, and my child RAN into her current daycare excited and ready to start the day talking up a storm about her friends and coloring. I am not saying that they are a bad place or that you should not go here, I would just caution that they may not be prepared for big emotions in your child.

We have had a great experience here! Our daughter loves going and she learns soooo much! We are happy to have found a place we trust with our infant son as well. The teachers and staff are all amazing. Thank you for providing such a safe, clean and supportive environment!

My child has been attending Phenomenal Kids for almost 2 years this is hands down the best daycare!! Ms. Charmaine and her staff go above and beyond for the children. From to day to day care to spirit weeks and field trips. I highly recommend this facility!

I cannot begin to say enough positive things about Phenomenal Kids Childcare and the staff who work there. The facility is bright, beautiful, and clean. The menu is exceptional. The teachers go above and beyond with communicating updates and information about my child's day (including pictures, which adds an extra level of comfort knowing she's enjoying her time there). They are always so happy to see her and she is excited each morning when greeted at the door by Ms. Charmaine. Phenomenal Kids has also helped so much with my daughter's development. She is now, either meeting or beyond all of her milestone development goals. They always have extra activities for the kids, including events outside of normal school hours for the whole family to participate in. This really makes the center and staff feel like extended family. I am so grateful to have found a childcare center that proves they have my daughter's best interest in mind, allowing me to have peace of mind while I'm away from her. My child went here for almost 3 years, and it was PHENOMENAL! Ms. Charmine is a great director, professional, personable, and always keeps the children first. All of her staff is polite and loving. My child has loved it from day 1. It is clean, safe and they are easy to get ahold of. This is the best center in the northland, hands down.
