There will be tearful goodbyes as my daughter will be entering kindergarten in the Fall and moving on from Primrose. Primrose has been the most ideal preschool in every way. There are meaningful lessons within the curriculum that apply to the real world, while allowing children to be imaginative and also incorporate play. They provide structure without being rigid. My daughter has always looked forward to going to school each morning and has built solid, positive relationships with so many of the teachers and staff. She has made so many friends in her classes and also how to work through the challenges of sharing, taking turns, being a good partner, etc. The teachers and staff are so thoughtful and intentional when it comes to any kind of celebration. It has really made those days memorable and so special. I have never once felt uneasy or stressed throughout the day because I know she’s genuinely being cared for. I have witnessed so much love and care poured into the kids. The staff is also very communicative and organized, which I really appreciate! If you are searching for childcare, Primrose of Ballwin is the place to be!
Amy FernandezJul 16, 2026We love Primrose! My 5 year old and 2 year old come home stimulated every day talking about school and their friends. My 5 year old is beyond ready for kindergarten. We had a bad experience with previous daycares but at Primrose the teachers are very attentive and caring, always looking out for the children’s best interests. The entire staff is happy to be there! There has been no teacher turnover which has provided continuity and stability for our kids. The owners are frequently on site and have kids at the school, and have even helped me manage a toddler tantrum while trying to get out the door for work. Moms trust your gut and take a tour with your husband. My husband didn’t want to switch our 5 year old to a new school but after taking the tour he was convinced!
WhitneyJul 8, 2026We can’t say enough wonderful things about Primrose of Ballwin! After an opportunity came about to quickly re-enter the full-time work force, we were VERY stressed about finding childcare. We were looking for a place that not only felt (and had a proven track record of being) safe, but could also accommodate our chaotic schedule and both of our loving, big feeling, energetic boys. It was alarmingly hard to find-until we decided to extend our search and look a little further down the road. That’s when we found Primrose School of Ballwin. Primrose has met and gone beyond any expectation I could have ever had for childcare. Every. single. person. on staff knows our boys by name by now. Any time we have questions or need help, there is always someone eager and available. Their theme days, field trips, and special events get the boys excited about school and creates a fantastic sense of community for all of us. Words can’t express how grateful we are for our teachers. Not only have our children made lightyears progress in their education, but you can also tell that they are truly loved while they are there. We adore the Primrose team and are so thankful for them. There is something very special about Primrose School of Ballwin and we are beyond thrilled to be a part of it!
KelleyMay 1, 2026My family and I are fortunate to have our child at this location. I wish this had been our only experience with daycare because it’s been so amazing since our switch. We have experienced infant 1 and 2 and it’s more than what we could’ve expected. The partnership we have or have had with staff and us as parents has been great. Communication, feedback, and support have helped my child reach milestones. As parents, we realize it’s a team effort, and our teachers are A-list team players.
KaryLizMar 23, 2026I truly can not say enough kind words about the staff at Primrose. Ms. Rose is amazing! As brand new parents she always gives great advice and recommendations. She truly cares about the babies in the room and I have peace of mind when I am at work because I know she is in the best hands. We are so grateful for the care and dedication she brings to our child every day. Her patience, kindness, and genuine love for the infants truly shine through in everything she does. We feel so blessed to have found her and Primrose Rose is always holding and interacting with all the infants. I was worried about my daughter not sitting up independently, and she took time to work with my daughter to build that skill. We can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for our family. Lexi and Sabrina are always there to greet families at pick up. They are truly amazing- so sweet and friendly. They always have a positive attitude and are warm and welcoming. Madisen is also amazing teacher and loves her infants! She is the sweetest and gets to know the babies that aren’t even in her class. I know the day will come that our daughter has to move rooms- we will be devastated that Rose is not moving with her but lucky that we get to be with Madisen. We truly can’t think of a better place for our daughter to be everyday that we can’t be there with her.
