As parents, choosing who helps care for and shape your children during their earliest years is one of the biggest decisions you make. Our family’s journey with Primrose WingHaven began during COVID with a virtual tour from Heather Mahoney, and from that moment forward, we always felt welcomed, supported, and cared for. Both of our boys essentially grew up there — Truman starting at 10 months old and Teddy beginning at just 10 weeks old when I returned from maternity leave. Over the years, they were loved by so many incredible teachers and staff members as they moved through classroom after classroom. At first, the daily updates, photos, and videos felt overwhelming — but they quickly became one of our favorite parts of the day. Watching your children be genuinely loved and celebrated while you’re at work is something every parent hopes for. Primrose didn’t just provide childcare for our family. They helped build a community around us. Many of the friendships our boys made there will likely continue well into elementary school and beyond. What stands out most to me now is the compassion they showed our children during difficult seasons too. Childhood isn’t always linear. Kids grow, struggle, regress, mature, and surprise you constantly. Through those years, the teachers and leadership at Primrose always treated our family with warmth and humanity. We will always be grateful for the role Primrose WingHaven played in helping raise our boys and preparing them for kindergarten. To the teachers, leadership team, and staff who poured into our children over the years: thank you. We will never forget it.
Amanda TerbrockMay 19, 2026We have been with Primrose School of WingHaven for five wonderful years, and we truly could not be more thankful for the experience. We even tried another daycare for a short three months — and quickly realized nothing else compares. We ran right back to Primrose! The leadership team's attentiveness to each child is unmatched. They know every child by name and genuinely take the time to get to know them. Their care and personal connection to the students make such a difference. Our teachers have been nothing short of amazing. From rocking our tough sleeper daily, to helping with potty training, to teaching our kids how to write, read, and so much more — they have played an incredible role in shaping who our children are today. As graduation approaches, I feel such a bittersweet sadness. I truly wish we could keep our kids in the Primrose bubble forever. We are forever grateful for everything Primrose WingHaven has given our family!
Danielle FarinellaApr 28, 2025Primrose has given our daughter, Sage, more than just a safe place to learn; it's provided a nurturing environment where she genuinely feels seen, heard, and deeply cared for. In my professional world of conference planning and event production, we talk constantly about psychological safety; creating environments where people feel secure enough to engage, explore, and activate deeper levels of learning. It's fascinating—and sometimes disheartening—to see how often this concept is overlooked, even in learning environments like classrooms. Before coming to Primrose, we experienced exactly that. We thought we were doing right by Sage at her previous school, not realizing we simply didn't know what we didn't know. Reflecting back, it's hard to fathom how we tolerated that chaotic environment for so long—teachers coming and going nearly every month, constant disruptions, and little genuine teaching because everyone was merely trying to manage the chaos. The atmosphere was frenetic, loud, and stressful. Primrose has been the complete opposite. Here, curiosity isn't just encouraged, it's cultivated intentionally with discipline, ambition, boldness, and thoughtful activities that truly spark the kids' imaginations. Every day, Sage engages in meaningful activations and experiences designed to nurture her growth and exploration. The consistent updates, photos, and communication we receive have provided us a profound sense of security and love, even when we're apart from her. Primrose doesn't just ensure psychological safety for Sage; they extend that same peace of mind to our family. Knowing our daughter is not only safe but thriving, exploring, and blossoming each day has completely reset our standard for what quality education and care should look like. We're beyond grateful to have found Primrose and can genuinely see the remarkable difference it has made for Sage, and for us. We love y'all. With gratitude, Joey and Stephanie
Joey GooneMar 24, 2025We were so worried about choosing the right daycare for our daughter, but Primrose checked every box! We continue to be very impressed by the teachers and administrators. Most importantly, our toddler LOVES her teachers and the school. Her language, social skills, and confidence have soared since she started here. Her infant teachers felt like family to us, and they even continue to check on her now that she is in a different class. Her toddler teachers are helping her learn so much through hands-on experiences and a thoughtful curriculum. We love that Primrose has so many special activities and events all year that it’s easy to feel connected to the campus. As parents, our top priorities when choosing a daycare were safety and clear communication, and Primrose teachers exceed expectations with both. We cannot recommend this daycare enough!
Chelsea CristelOct 1, 2024My son has grown leaps and bounds since he began attending Primrose in the summer of 2023. He's been in other facilities, and Primrose has blown them all away by far! Each person that we encounter is so welcoming, positive, and always willing to help. Communication here is top notch from the teachers, to the management, to the owners. On top of that, turnover is extremely low when compared to other businesses within this industry. That alone tells me that they know how to treat their staff fantastic as well which is huge. The curriculum here is engaging, and my son is coming home understanding concepts that I didn't even think would start until elementary school. On top of academics, there is a large focus on character. And it shows as he's surrounded by kids who are just so kind and polite. Currently, he is in Mrs. Hall's and Mrs. Palmer's class where he is thriving. We get updates throughout the day of what he's doing, what he's learning, and fun photos to boot. He comes home so happy to tell me about his day with his friends and his teachers. The investment here is well worth it, and I have no doubt that he will be more than prepared when he enters elementary school next year!
Kari-Anne SedlackSep 30, 2024My daughter has been at Primrose since she was 5 months old. We have had such a great experience in every class and she has connected with each teacher in a unique and special way. She is currently in Pre-K with Mr. Cox and loves it! She always comes home talking about him and what they did that day. He is so great with the kids and finds ways to keep them engaged and enjoy learning. The leadership team is also amazing and always look for ways to create community and belonging. There are always fun events and ways to get involved, which creates new connections for our whole family!
