Our daughter has been enrolled in Preschool at Primrose Ward Parkway for the past year, and we have had a wonderful experience. Melanie is the ray of sunshine you didn’t know you needed. She is an amazing director keeping everything running smoothly always with a smile! Our teachers Kadejah and Kayla have also been amazing. They run a structured classroom where the kids truly are learning while having fun. There has never once been ‘chaos’ like I have seen at other schools. Our daughter is excited to go to school everyday with her friends and definitely feels safe and loved in her class. Sierra and Melanie greet every single parent and student by name at pickup and drop off times at the front desk. They also make sure the school is completely clean and sanitized, especially during peak sick times like flu season. We are so happy they had a spot for us this year. Highly recommend!

The academic rigor in the Pre-K and now the Transitional Kindergarten classroom is excellent, and the staff has been nothing but professional, welcoming, and caring. The teachers take the time to truly connect with each student, which has made our son genuinely excited to learn. It gives us great peace of mind every time we drop him off knowing he’s in the best possible hands. We highly recommend Primrose School of Ward Parkway to any parent looking for the perfect balance of care and curriculum.

Placing such a young baby in childcare was stressful, but we couldn't be happier with the care she has received -- communication is prompt and professional, everyone at the facility knows our daughter's name and tells her hello (even teachers from other classrooms!), and cleanliness and safety are taken very seriously. We absolutely love the environment our daughter is in and know she is receiving the best care possible. It's been two months since our daughter started her Primrose journey, and we look forward to many more years at the Ward Parkway location. We can't recommend the Primrose School of Ward Parkway enough!

Having previously attended another daycare/preschool program, the difference in quality has been remarkable. From the very first day, we were impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and dedication of the leadership team, the staff and the teachers. The educational programming is outstanding—engaging, well-structured, and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of each age group. Our children are not only learning, but thriving. The classroom activities spark curiosity, build confidence, and make learning fun. We’ve seen so much growth in both of our kids in such a short time. What truly sets Primrose apart is the sense of community and care. The teachers genuinely know and love our children, and we feel completely confident leaving them in such capable hands each day. We are so grateful we made the switch and highly recommend Primrose School of Ward Parkway to any family seeking high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing and enriching environment.

Not only do my husband and I feel extremely comfortable allowing the team at Primrose to teach, play, and love our children…our children absolutely love going to school here. The staff and teachers are so welcoming and our daughter genuinely doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. The school is safe, clean, and has an enriching curriculum for the kiddos. Highly recommend!
