Extremely unprofessional, owner never responded back to me for two months after my child was already enrolled in the program. Had to send my child to a whole different daycare due to lack of professionalism from this center. It was also understaffed and terrible with communicating with parents responding extremely late or not at all when something happened. She’s a lady nice, but needs to work on these very important skills when running a daycare center.

Nick KennyJan 26, 2022Update: My kids are in school full-time now, and they don't get to be here anymore. They ask all the time if they can come back to daycare, and tell me how much they miss Ms. Queen. My son started Kindergarten this school year and his teacher is SO IMPRESSED with how much he knows. He really got an amazing head start here at QRT. This is the best place I've ever sent my kids for childcare, hands down (far better than even the ones that cost 3x as much). Everyone on staff is phenomenal and easy to work with. The rules are clear and always followed. My children are HAPPY! When we pass by on the weekends they yell "Hi school! We love you school!" which is seriously adorable. I had to start sending my kids to daycare because of an unfortunate family situation, but Ms. Queen and the rest of the team have really made this a nearly seamless transition for us. I cannot thank them enough for caring for my babies.
