Poor communication from staff. When asked how my son's day was we were often told "I don't know." My son had a bookshelf with wheels tip over on top of his foot, causing injury. The owners were dismissive of concerns, often tried to minimize things and were not open to feedback. They discharged my son because I started asking more questions after the bookshelf incident, they said it was due to having different parening styles and made it seem like I was an overly concerned new mother. The infant/toddler room is not very secure, the only security measure in place is a chain-link fence. No reception or check in area and the door was always left unlocked. There is no education curriculum, was told by owners this is a "play based" child care facility and kids already spend enough time learning during their school years. Leaving this place was the best thing to happen for my son and family. Would not recommend.

Racheal MathenyJul 17, 2023Syia her name rude very inpatient and very rude I am a mom of 4 boys under 8 I wouldn't put my children into this daycare to many young stuck up straight of high school kids working. The workers are beyond rude . No proper communication.
