We can't say enough good things about Rooted in Nature. From the very first walk-through, I knew this was the right place — I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. As any parent knows, leaving your child in someone else’s care is not easy, but the warmth, openness, and loving energy of the school gave me full confidence. And it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. Our daughter absolutely loved going to school every day and learning the curriculum. She formed a beautiful friendship with Ms. Amber’s daughters and learned the importance of caring for animals. Everyday was always full of adventure that she loved coming home to tell us about. Ms. Amber is always so patient and understanding, very easy to talk to and overall a joy to be around. I have and always will recommend this farmschool to anyone interested!

Our family feels incredibly lucky to be part of this nature preschool. Ms. Amber is nothing short of phenomenal. Her warmth, patience, and deep understanding of young children have created a truly magical space where our toddler has flourished. Since starting the program, we've seen remarkable growth in our child—especially in speech, creativity, and confidence. He’s become more expressive, imaginative, and fearless. It’s been amazing to witness his personality unfold in such a supportive, enriching environment. The daily adventures—hiking through the creek and forest, tending to the chickens, and learning how to care for one another—have deeply nurtured his sense of wonder and empathy. Ms. Amber fosters a classroom culture where curiosity is encouraged, kindness is modeled, and nature is the best teacher. We can’t recommend this preschool enough. It’s been a beautiful and transformative experience, and we are so grateful for the love and intention Ms. Amber brings to everything she does.

Amber Stark and her sweet family have made a huge impact on our lives. Not only do my kids absolutely love to go to her school, but she’s also able to pour into each and every one of her students. Amber professional and structured yet is able to bring the fun! Rooted in Nature has been the best choice for my kids to learn, reconnect with nature, and make life long friends. Both of my kids confidence has blossomed through attending her school. Highly recommend.

Ms Amber has taught my boys so much in a short amount of time. Her love for nature, animals, and children shine through with her curriculum, activities, and camps. We are so thankful to have found a school better fit for my boys to learn and play and grow outside with friends.
