  • We enrolled our oldest son at Safe N Sound nearly three years ago when he was just six months old. Initially, I was anxious about enrolling him in daycare, but after touring Safe N Sound, we were immediately convinced and submitted our application. Since then, our family has grown, and we've entrusted SNS with the care of our two younger children as well. Our oldest has thrived here, developing a wide circle of friends and an impressive vocabulary, which we largely attribute to the enriching environment at Safe N Sound. The children are constantly engaged in new learning experiences, from art projects to interactive presentations by guests from the zoo, library, and fire department. The teachers are consistently kind, supportive, and approachable, making Safe N Sound a place we trust wholeheartedly with our children. We are deeply grateful for the peace of mind and exceptional care provided by SNS

  • We came to safe and sound from another local daycare. We have 6 month old and 4 year old. I was so worried to change schools but we needed to change. I thought week one would be rough but my kids LOVED it! My son has always said he wants to be a police or firefighter. After 1 week there he said “teacher, like my new teachers!” Everything from there has been amazing both kids are thriving and learning so much. My baby is happy, smiling, giggling and growing so much I feel 100% at piece having her there. We have worked mainly with the assistant director due to our pickup schedule and miss emily is amazing to work with from enrollment, to classroom questions, anything and everything!

  • We have really enjoyed sending our little one here. It’s been a year and a half and the following has been our experience: - ran into a few minor obstacles when our child first started attending at 6months. Each time, Emily was more than willing to hear us out and address our concerns. She really strives to build relationships and trust with families and I appreciate that about her so much. - I once expressed a concern that I didn’t love that there were times when floaters weren’t able to tell me how my child’s day was. they’d say “idk, I just got here but I think fine.” When I explained to Emily that it would be helpful for the teachers to communicate that information to each other so parents can hear just a little bit of our child’s days after being away all day, she listened and took in every word. She also address my concern immediately. This conversation took place over a year ago and it has hardly been a problem since. -with that, I have loved the conversations we get to have with the teachers when we go to pick up our child. - our child gets so excited to go to school that he jumps up and down and screams the names of his teachers and his friends in class that he will get to play with. SO excited. That alone is enough for a five star review -the turnover rate you see in previous complaints has gone down quite a bit, especially since Emily took over as director. Emily strives to take care of her teachers and they stay and take great care of the kids in response. - my child feels safe around the adults at school, and the teachers make it a point to know the kids (even if just by first name) even if they are not in the direct room or his direct teacher. It brings such a community feel and I enjoy watching how attentive they are with the kids. When they tell their students “I love you!” I believe them. My child loves them just as much and sees his teachers as an extension of his family. That means the world to be. -they actively work with the kids. Story times. Art. Letters. Numbers. Colors. It’s amazing what he comes home with and he’s not yet 2. I am incredibly appreciative of these ladies, both office staff and teachers and I’d recommend this daycare to anyone.

  • During the application process for enrolling my child at Safe N Sound Daycare, several issues arose that raised significant concerns about the organization’s administrative procedures and staff training. Initially, my child’s enrollment application was incorrectly mixed in with job applications. This error indicated a lack of proper document handling and organizational oversight. I was provided with incorrect information regarding the daycare’s rates. The inaccurate communication required clarification and suggested insufficient knowledge or training among staff responsible for providing enrollment information. Additionally, I became aware that details of my conversation with staff were discussed with another individual without my consent. This raised serious concerns regarding confidentiality and the handling of personal information. Discussing applicant information in this manner appears inappropriate and unprofessional, and may constitute a violation of privacy expectations. Given that childcare facilities are entrusted with the safety and well-being of children, these administrative shortcomings led me to question whether appropriate systems and training are in place to ensure a safe and secure environment for children in their care.

  • I cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare. They consistently follow all regulations, and it's clear that safety and reliability are their top priorities. They don't close unexpectedly, they remain open around holidays, and every staff member shows compassion, patience, and genuine care every single day. My daughter had never been in daycare for the first year of her life, so the transition was very difficult for her - and for me! The teachers handled it with such grace, patience and understanding. They supported her emotionally, even going above and beyond with things they don't normally do, like offering her Blankey on the hard days because they knew it helped. That level of empathy is rare, and it made all the difference. Academically and socially, they moved her up as she grew and learned, and I truly believe she would not have had this same positive experience anywhere else. The owner clearly prioritizes safety. Unlike many other centers in the area, their cameras record, and they are always willing to review footage if needed. They are incredibly transparent - every accident comes with a report, and communication is consistent and honest. The director is always available, whether through their very user-friendly app or by phone. I've even seen her step into the classrooms near closing time to help when needed. That kind of hands-on leadership shows how much they truly care. The classrooms are bright, age-appropriate and welcoming. The outside of the building may look a little plain, but once you walk inside, it's warm, colorful and child friendly. Security is excellent as well - entry requires a fingerprint scan, which gives me great peace of mind. Overall, this daycare has been nothing short of amazing for my daughter and our family. The staff is patient, kind, and dedicated, and I am grateful every day for the love and safety they give my child. Highly recommend

  • We absolutely loved SNS! Our twins went here and had the best experience. The teachers and staff are amazing—so caring, patient, and kind. The facility is clean, fun, and full of great activities that helped our kids learn and grow. We always felt they were in great hands. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a loving and supportive daycare!
