SOUTHEAST LITTLE LEARNERS PRESCHOOL OF CAPE GIRARDEAU LLC

My experience here was awful. When I went to pick my kid up there was an older lady that works there, and she shoved one of the kids‘s head around to direct them Where to put something because the kid was not understanding her when she was pointing.! My child came home, telling me somebody was hitting her Then they proceeded to call DFS on me in this case got closed because they made a false report! Then proceeded to terminate my daughter because Things that didn’t go their way and the case got closed and they said we could not have a professional Relationship lol! My child’s clothes were missing from there also Come to find out I’m not the only one this has happened to

I don’t usually give reviews on Google but figured I’d give my own to help inform of the business here. My daughter went here and it wasn’t bad service completely, and don’t want no one to think this place is horrible but I had a couple complaints. 1. One day they forgot to feed our daughter for 6 hours, which showed a bit of unprofessionalism honestly. I know sometimes we tend to get busy or forget, but missing two feeds showed me a deeper problem. 2. They broke the contract rules by letting us go after someone my wife talked to on the phone complained about the place. I don’t think a person on the phone complaining should have any meaning to the daycare, but I could be wrong. The ended up letting us go with two day notice, and forced us to pay for a day we didn’t even use. Upon acting and attempting to figure out why we paid for a day we didn’t use, the owner closed the account and ignored us. Overall unprofessional and didn’t like how they do their process.. found tons of love and enjoyed the new daycare :)

I love this daycare! My daughter will be 3 in January and has been enrolled for around a month to two months now and has made so much progress in her development and she is making friends and actually asks daily to go to daycare and doesn't want to leave she has so much fun. If your looking for child care the southeast Little Learners locations are the best way to go! I wish I had found them sooner.
