  • My daughter has been attending this school for a little over a year. Before coming here, she attended another daycare nearby, and I can honestly say this has been the best experience for her. If you're looking for childcare in this area, I highly recommend this school. Since starting here, she has grown so much in her language, cognitive, and early literacy skills. It's clear that the teachers genuinely care about each child's development and put so much thought into creating meaningful learning experiences. Like any toddler, my daughter has moments where listening can be a challenge, but the staff is incredibly patient, supportive, and consistent. They communicate openly about her day, and I also love receiving photos from her day. The best part is how excited she is to go to school every morning. She talks about her teachers and the staff all the time—Ms. Mirah (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly!), Mama Lynn, and "Chicken Wing" are some of her favorites. Seeing how much she loves being there gives me complete confidence that she's in a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment. To me, this feels like so much more than a daycare. It truly feels like a school where children are encouraged to learn, explore, and grow every single day. I couldn't be happier with our experience, and I'm so grateful for everything the staff has done for my daughter.

  • First time picking up my niece today, I was not asked to ID myself, never said the name of the child I was coming to get. Was handed the diaper bag and walked out with the child. All the lady seemed to care about was for me to bring a pack of diapers on Tuesday. Which I wouldn't be the one bringing them or her. The child's mother and I look nothing alike. If this isn't the biggest red flag there is, then I don't know what else to say. Very disturbing, quite disheartening. Parents already struggle with the idea of having to place their child in a daycare, then this happens.

  • Absolutely love this school! My son has had so much improvement since he began and the staff are great! He loves his teachers and has really began to open up since he began here!

  • Took my kids out of this place after 1 week. It was an actual “learning center” when it was under old management. 1. Staff had terrible attitudes from day 1. I was told I couldn’t come all the way into the center so not only did I not get to meet my children’s teachers, I had no idea of what their class rooms even looked like. I was told I would be able to come all the way inside the center at pickup, when I tried to, I was stopped and told “That’s if I wasn’t busy, but I’m busy right now. We’re not doing tours today.” The little glimpse that I did see of the inside, I could see that the children were watching tv. I then asked what my children had for breakfast because I wasn’t assigned to the pro-care app yet and my son told me he had a chocolate pop tart. I was told to call in the in the morning and ask. So when we called in the morning we were told that they knew what my children had for breakfast but they couldn’t tell us because we needed to wait for the teachers to put it into the app that we still did not have yet. 2. I was charged $125 for my enrollment fee, then I was charged 205 for the first week of care. That Friday I found out I had been overcharged and that the correct tuition amount was only $165/week. They tried to justify why I was overcharged but it did not make any sense and I did not get my money back. My sliding fee was $0 from the start. 3. My youngest son was begging for water at pickup and was very dehydrated. (Will add the photo). My children didn’t even finish the entire week off before I decided it wasn’t a good fit for them. My 4 year old told me he did not like that school and it didn’t feel very good to hear that he was unhappy there. Now they get picked up with smiles on their faces everyday and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to take them out of that place. My 4 year old got into the car yesterday and said. “Mommy I love school”. And that’s all I needed to hear.

  • Starlight is an amazing place for you if you need a daycare for your children. They are clean and have a very good environment for the kids. They have different rooms for different ages as well as learning curriculums for every age group .

  • My baby started at Starlight after being home her first 6 months, which of course was a big adjustment. Her teachers and administration at Starlight are absolutely wonderful and made that transition so much better than I was expecting. She loves going to school and lights up when she sees her teachers. You can tell that she is getting the support and love she needs by how much she wants to be there. I really appreciate the whole team at Starlight for being outstanding in their field. I highly recommend them!
