Sunshine Kids is truly something special. My two youngest went there from age 3 till Kindergarten, both grew so much in their time there and were prepared and confident heading to Kindergarten. The curriculum was educationally relevant but also play focused and faith based. Each teacher pours their hearts into the children, leading with love, kindness and the light of Christ. If you are looking for an affordable, safe, Christian preschool in St Charles, Sunshine Kids is such a great choice.
Tricia RyanJun 8, 2026DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I sent my son here and he learned absolutely nothing!! None of the teachers are accredited and when my son went into kindergarten he was placed at the bottom of his class!!!! They even screened him for special education!!!!! I then had to pay for a tutor since I know he’s a smart cookie and within a quarter of the year he made it to the top of the class with excellent test scores!! I am so proud of my son but regardless this place did not set him up for success! The cheap tuition reflects the quality!!
Shannon SilverJun 7, 2026Sunshine kids is absolutely outstanding. We have sent each of our 5 children there and couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care they have received. I am truly so grateful for the way the staff have cared for our kids. Highly recommend!
Greg SchimkeDec 31, 2025We love sunshine kids! The teachers are top notch and really care about your kids. I love knowing my kids are getting loved on throughout the day by ALL the staff- not only their teachers. They also learn incredible things and keep learning fun. Some of our favorite activities have included watching caterpillars turn into butterflies, water week, ice cream week, and transportation week! My kids look forward to going every week. It is extremely affordable as well!
Steve DavisFeb 20, 2018I was blown away by this preschool! Each and every teacher genuinely cares for my son and it shows. He LOVES IT. The curriculum is also great and I feel extremely confident he is ready for kindergarten. Every day he comes home singing songs about God and Bible stories. Did I mention it is affordable and you can choose one day a week up to full time with before and after care hours available? Love this place we will be sad to leave when Liam starts kindergarten in the fall.
Gina LewisJan 28, 2018My son started going to Sunshine Kids last year. He absolutely loves it!! The classrooms are very clean, organized and updated. The teachers are outstanding! My son is learning so much and having a fun time doing it. Highly recommend!
