SUPER START PRESCHOOL AND INFANT CARE

I personally would not recommend this daycare. I thought this would be a great center for my son but as time went on from what I saw and heard, it ended up not being a good situation. There were allegations against another teacher for how they treated certain children poorly, and I was told by the director that I would have to “trust her and that a CPS investigation was done on said teacher but nothing was found.” The director tends to spend most of her time at PARA. We would bring my son in to the smell of gas on MULTIPLE occasions and when we asked employees we were told that this has been an ongoing issue and sometimes the opener for the day comes into the building to alarms going off. You would think this would be addressed to parents, but it was not. Finally, the biggest issue of all is that the school was AWARE my son could not have oatmeal or rice, but they gave it to him anyway on multiple occasions. The day I confronted the Director, Abby about all of my concerns with the center he was given rice, which she knew he couldn’t have. Therefore, he did not eat or sleep because he was hungry and was NEVER offered the alternative meal which I was told he would be getting since he could not have rice. Also, if someone could update my account so it shows that final payment was received that would be great! A check was given and it was cashed. Thanks!

I recently toured and enrolled my 4 year old at Super Start, and we are so happy with the facility, the teachers, and the entire staff! It’s clean, bright, and there’s always smiles and positive energy shown by everyone we encountered. It’s a smaller atmosphere, and all the fun events they do outside of “school hours”, creates such a fun community. It really feels like a home away from home for my child.

My wife and I are grateful to Super Start for the amazing care they've provided our son. From the moment we enrolled him, it was evident that this daycare truly desires to meet the needs of every kiddo! The staff at Super Start are wonderful! Their warmth, patience, and dedication have created a safe and loving space for our son. We've seen him grow in many ways, thanks to their attentive guidance. Our son has met and exceeded key developmental milestones. The daily activities at Super Start are thoughtfully designed to promote growth. From arts and crafts to group activities, they are intentional in their lessons. The care and attention our son receive make us feel confident and at peace. We recommend Super Start any parent seeking a supportive and safe environment for their child.

We are incredibly grateful for the care and support our son has received at SuperStart. As a medically complex child, finding a daycare that would not only accept his needs, but also nurture his development was challenging – but SuperStart exceeded our expectation in all areas. From day one, the staff welcomed our son with open arms and open hearts. They took the time to understand his unique needs and worked closely with us to ensure that he was safe, happy, and thriving. Their dedication, patience, and genuine love for the children shine through in everything they do. Thanks to their support, our son has made remarkable strides in his development. We are so thankful to have found a place where our child is not just cared for, but truly valued.

In my experience over the last year now, I have found Superstart to operate with the utmost professionalism and excellence, when it comes to childcare. The program and amenities offered to all the parents make it so much easier to work full time. I am so appreciative of the staff and team!
