I want to try this daycare with my daughter but, no one ever answers the phone big red flag.
Lasontee HayesJul 27, 2026NOT 24HOURS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO SAFE OR SUPERVISED. SMALL RATIOS AND STILL NO PROPER SUPERVISION. The children are left unsupervised and often are left to harm each other. My child in the prek room was bit my a 2 year old...why are they in the same room...why cant they keep an eye on a ratio of 5 children to one adult...how are children able to hurt one another if they are being supervised???? Also after our family suffering from illness that ultimately led to me being in the hospital we were out for a week and asked to be credited the week we didnt use any attendance Destiny James IGNORED ME for three days before she said no. Unless it was something like covid or Nile virus she wouldnt be crediting us any hours. It must be life threatening. Mind you we didnt use any hours at all and gave heads up and great communication about what was going on. Destiny James is a money hungry snob who was entitled enough to demand proof of my medical records and diagnosis. She has no right. She even went back and deleted every record of us existing from the brightwheel platform. Beyond that shes called me personally on weekend days (they arent open) to harass me about the situation We also have never gotten back my child's medication, im sure she stole that like she stole our $200 for a week with zero attendance. Mind you my husband was sitting in the room when we first enrolled when we asked about this very situation and she said she had no issues accommodating us. We'll clearly she had nothing but issues with us. Writing this from the hospital as ive not been able to leave.
