I hate to leave a negative review, but after months of trying to get basic communication from this daycare, I feel it’s important to share my experience for other parents. Since January, I have called approximately 10 times simply trying to confirm whether we were added to the waitlist after completing the online form and to schedule a tour. Some calls went unanswered entirely, while other times I was told to call back when the director would be in. Unfortunately, when I called back, I either still could not get anyone to answer or was told the director was unavailable. I also emailed the director on May 27 and never received a response. As a parent looking for childcare, communication and responsiveness are incredibly important—especially when trying to determine if a facility is the right fit for your child. After months of unsuccessful attempts to get a simple confirmation and tour scheduled, I’ve decided to look elsewhere. I’m sharing this simply so other families are aware of my experience when considering this location.
