  • Worst communication with parents, don’t waste your time trying to get your child out in here!

  • Every other year I put my review back after they delete it from here but some years ago I walked in during nap time and witnessed a worker holding my child down forcefully and telling him to go to sleep. During COVID they closed without any notice causing me to lose my job and then after I brought up the fact that a worker was holding my son, Steven down they kicked my children out claiming they were both too bad to stay there. They also still tried to collect my vouchers from a program called the system after care ceased stating that, "We watched them for a whole week before your vouchers kicked in." and I'm sure they made sure they were paid from that too. smh. I was a single mother just coming out of being homeless, working consistently and getting custody of my babies back and these people were unkind to me and my children and i will never ever forget what they did and I will forever tell my story no matter how many times my review is deleted.

  • My foster/grand-daughter has an allergy to fruit. We were told she had to be served fruit until a letter was received from a doctor.  A letter was prepared and given to the center signed by a doctor.  My grand-daughter was still given fruit until specific fruit were named. A second letter was prepared and signed by a doctor with specific fruit named.  After receiving the letter signed by a doctor, a discussion with the director of the center and the doctor's nurse and then a discussion with the director of the center and the doctor, I pick up my grandchild: see attachment She was served tropical fruit.  My concern is my grand-daughter's health and well being. I withdrew my grandchildren from the center because evidently their health was of no concern by the director. Thank God for my child's teacher. She respected the request.  This happened while she was out and the director covered her class.  I have yet to receive an apology from Mrs. Bliss the director of the center for my child's allergic reaction or concern for her well being.  My child is recovering and doing well.
