  • Absolutely terrible customer service in regards to the pool. Inconsistencies with what rules are enforced which impacts the experience you receive. There is no feedback or justification for the mistreatment received. DO NOT book any parties because the staff is completely overwhelmed with large, ethnic groups-- and it is not worth the money. Lessons learned. Everyday does not live up to the "mission " of the "family" YMCA.

  • Great place, great staff, warm pool, easy parking

  • The gym is amazing, and there are many fun things to do. Basketball, swimming, all sorts of classes. However, the summer camp program is awful. I got bullied and they did nothing. The adults were always on there phone and didn’t want to be there. However, here’s where it gets bad. There was an awful boss who is rumored to have gotten fired, but she was terrible. She once made us all sit on the hot concrete in 120 and something degrees. I love the Y, and it’s better now, but in the past it was awful, and I’m not sure if it’s changed much.
