“Kidz r us” Poor management. Kids stay sick here. Always understaffed and undertrained… when you bring an issue to their attention they get rude with you bc their help isn’t doing what’s expected (simple as leaving poop after a dirty on a child) .. I guess they would be ok with someone leaving it on their child or maybe themselves! Either way, rude.. unprofessional..and so much more. Came to add.. it was different when 5 years ago when my own child went.. but then again they were under different management.

My baby first day was yesterday and when I was ready to pick her up she didn’t even want to leave. 😂 They are great with letting me know everything they do with her and always sending pictures and videos. Each worker there are very respectful and helpful. I would recommend them 100% .

My baby has gone here since she was nearly 3 months old, and I love these folks! They take great care of her each and every day of the week. I receive thorough care updates throughout each day, from how many oz she drank of formula and what she ate for a meal, to potty breaks and nap times! Not to mention they have a wonderful staff! It means the world to me that my baby smiles at any employee that greets us in the morning, and that she's always smiling when I pick her up. There is good finger print-based security here for the little ones, as well, so you know exactly who picks your child up if it isn't you. (you give them a list of who can pick them up to begin with.) Most of all, the staff makes sure my little girl knows she is special and loved, and they make sure I know my baby is safe and well-cared for!

My son has been enrolled here since he was a baby. The staff is always there to greet us in the mornings with a smile. They love him like their own, and always make sure he is happy. Most importantly, they are like family. 💕💕

My kids have attended the center since it opened. I’m very pleased with the quality of service.
