Southwood Child Care Center LLC

We had our son at Southwood starting at 4 months, up through 18 months. We had a really great experience, and I feel that they genuinely cared about him while he was there. The greatest aspects of it: The directors of the program, Angie, Jo, and Keriann were always around and available if needed. They checked in often with classrooms. Most of the staff we interacted with are warm and nurturing humans (specific shout out to Ciara and Sierra). The costs of the program are very reasonable, and they provide lunch every day except Fridays. To me, their contract was very straight forward and had reasonable expectations. I would have rated them 5 stars, if it weren’t for the frequency of new staff turnover.

I told them i did not want my daughter going there after her terrible first day. They stayed completely silent and did not contact me , and are now charging me for 2 months saying i didnt write them to take my daughter out. They are thieves and i would never trust them with your child. Becareful they have hidden agendas in their contracts. When i went to pick up my daughter on her first day the teacher had no idea where she was. This is unacceptable.

Southwood is amazing. I am a registered nurse at Bozeman Health, and a lot of my Co-workers have their children enrolled here. It is close to the hospital and they treat my son like their own. I HIGHLY recommend this childcare facility the staff is wonderful.

Southwood is amazing. They have been so great taking care of my lil man. I been with them for 3 years. My son just loves all the teachers. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend them, if your looking for childcare.
