  This place is great. Looking at the reviews from years ago. I don’t think they apply to the girls working there now.. although they do get busy on occasion . Calling ahead is a great way to know if You need to wait before you drive over. . As a mom doing the solo parent gig with no help on the fly.. My Child loves it. Shout out to Gabby, Layla and the owner- We appreciate you!

  Just now went to bring my son here. He loves daycare and they know that. He's always respectful, minus a couple random times. Was stopped before I even got out of my vehicle and was told that they were all booked up. They wouldn't be able to have my son in daycare until 1. I said ok and was prepared to leave but then I found it odd that the lady turned on the open sign right after telling me that they can't take anymore kids. If you truly can't take anymore kids, wouldn't it make more sense to leave the open sign off so that parents don't attempt to show up with their child until you turn the light back on? Or even post a sign that informs others of your inability to have more children in daycare. I just recently put down $300 for my son to go to this daycare. I haven't had any other problems with them before this. However, this did irk me a little bit. Especially the turning on the "open" sign right after telling me that they couldn't have my son there until after 1pm. Ohhhh yeah there was also the time I had my son there for a few hours and had only 2 diapers I sent with him and was told that I need to bring more diapers because they charge for diapers they have to use of theirs. How often are you changing these kids that 2 diapers isn't enough for a few hours?!!!! I could see maybe once every 2 hours.

  A friend brought her daughter home today ( A 10 MOMTH OLD ) & her daughter had bites marks all over her legs. The lady “claimed” she “kicked the high chair” ( Doctor even approved that they were in fact bite marks ) & DID NOT want to show her the surveillance video at the time of incident. After writing terrible reviews of their experience on the Facebook page , they removed their page . Very unprofessional & wouldn’t take my child there , they are obviously hiding something & not owning up to their actions.

  My niece had been going to this daycare for a couple months and today she came home w both of her feet swollen and bruised up. All they had to say was that she was "kicking a highchair". Drs have confirmed that isn't the case and that she is full of bite marks.

  My kids have commented that they “never want to go back there” The last time I sent them there I was at the movies with my husband and they demanded that I come back for my son because they said he was crying. He was like 5 years old at the time. They can’t distract a 5 year old child? I thought that was their job! I would not recommend this place. We paid extra for snack they did not get snack. My kids said it was gross and dirty.

  I never had any issues with this place. Until recently. A few weeks ago I called to ask what time they open and was told 830am. Online also states 830am. I needed child care at 830am. I don't live in Grandforks, so I had to wake up my 5 yr old, 2 yr old and 1 yr old super early to get to Grand Forks on time. My 5 yr old has a disability and had an appointment at 9, and the other children are not allowed during that appointment. No one showed up to work that morning at little keepers. I went to the business next door to inquire about the business hours of little keepers ... He actually knew the owners of little keepers and called them at 840am. I was told someone would be there any minute. I left at 9:05 am. My son's appointment was ruined! I get things happen, but I had the owner call me back. She apologized and said it was a scheduling error. But never offered to compensate me in any way? My husband owns his own business and I stay at home, so I don't need any hands outs by any means. I was taken back that all I got was I'm sorry. I thought for sure.. for the severe inconvenience ~ I still had to pay for my son's appointment because you have to cancel 24 hours in advance... That she would of offered free child care my next visit or discounted rate for next time. I get people make mistakes, human error. But I waited for over half an hour in the car with 3 tiny children/babies screaming and crying from being in the car so long, my son's appointment was jipped, plus I drove a distance from out of town, still got a bill for my son's appointment... And all you do to remedy the situation is an I'm sorry?!
