This is a very unfair and toxic environment. The director inappropriately speaks to families and makes inappropriate suggestions regarding how parents should raise their children. There is no talking to the board or communication. The staff clearly need training on how to handle different age groups and when parents suggest that to the director she becomes defensive and terminates contracts. I would NEVER recommend this facility to care for a child unless the director is terminated. The other staff and Assistant Director are wonderful to work with and show they truly care about the children under their care.
