  • Notice how this place hasn’t had many recent reviews. I personally did not have the best experience when it came to talking about problems/issues I had. The staff and management are great if there aren’t any problems. If you speak up about what you think could be done better or how they’re handling things, they’re very defensive. All I wanted to do was work towards a solution but I was met with “we’re already doing everything “ mentality. But if that were the case, the problems wouldn’t continue. I relate a lot to Andy’s experience. I tried to reach out to the owner myself and nothing. Their South location is AMAZING so the expectation is the north will be as well. Personally, I feel Nicole at south location should be the regional manager or something because I had issues/problems at the south but their response to it was professional and they listened to concerns and actively implemented what the parent thought was efficient for their child. It was the BEST place to have your child but I moved and just thought the north would be the same. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I then decided it would be worth it to go back to the south even though the commute would be 30 minutes but their waitlist was too long!!! 😭 Short version: North needs help/training with problem solving/ de- escalation skills/empathy skills because parents are entrsusting you with their most prized possession's South has all that so if you go to the south location, you won’t be disappointed.

  • Worst place in town, take your children somewhere else. They wouldn't care about your child. Imagine hire 18yo, 19yo to take care newborns. If you run into any problems with them, good luck dealing with them. The managers there wouldn't give a damn. We took our son there for 1 month, couldn't deal with them any longer. They wouldn't listen to what you have to say, they will just let your child sit there and cry for hours. We asked to have our son fed every 3 hours, everyday they would give us the report, it says that our son takes 5oz every 3 hours, which is great. That's awesome. Or maybe not, one day my sister stop by to drop off her son at 12:15pm. Then she saw my son sitting there crying. She ask the staff if they have feed my son yet, it's almost 4 hours since his last meal. The girl gave my sister a side eye look, then she gets up to make a bottle. My son wouldn't take it, he spit it right out. And again, my sister try to help, she noticed the bottle is way too hot and ask the staff to check the temp, the girl was like, "yep it's a little hot, I guess you have to wait buddy". I came and pick my son up that day, guess what, they wrote on the daily report that they fed my son at 11:30am. I also asked them to put cream my my son face, since he was having rash issue, they would speard the scream all over his face, I mean everywhere, it got into his eye, at first I thought because of the rash, that's why his eyes got red and swollen. I came in the next day ask the manager, named by Kayla to show to the video footage of 11:30am to make sure that they actually feed my son, and when they put cream on his face. Too bad, I was told she doesn't have to access to it, and will have to talk to the owner. So I asked her to get back to me, I wanted to see the video. The next day, I asked for the video again, Kayla was like, I have talked to the staff and they confirmed that they did feed him at 11:30am, so show me the video if you have nothing to hide, still no video. Lastly, we asked to withdraw our son, she just says ok, I will delete his information. Then the next day she told me that she can refund the money if I wanted to leave earlier, this is Wed. I got back to her on Thursday, letting her know that I will leave early, so Friday would be his last day there. Again, on Thursday, my wife come to pick up our son, they have already packed all my son stuffs and just hang it to her without saying a word.

  • Structure + Positive Atmosphere! We moved here after trying 2 centers in Waverly and KinderCare North. Our standards are high! I love this center. Very low staff turnover. We have not lost a teacher the whole time I've been there. My kids are happy when I pick them up, talk about their teachers all the time, and I see positive behaviors. Daycare is your partner in parenting. They instill good behaviors thru structure and positive atmosphere. Keep them busy and happy. Very involved management that spends their time managing. Not subbing for breaks, cooking, etc. They have a wait list - something I learned years ago is the first good sign. The buildings are newer facilities, clean, and have cameras. It isn't free play - they have a schedule for the day and follow it. I pop in at all different times of the day and they are following schedule. Also the food is on another level for a daycare. I would eat here.

  • Bubbles and Blocks, South is a great place with very caring and loving teachers. My 3 year old loves her friends and teachers and has learnt a lot in the past 7 months that she has been here. The facility is new, spacious and very clean. The staff is very friendly, polite and hard working, setting great examples to learn from, for all the little ones that spend lots of time in their care, observing them. I am very happy and thankful to this place for everything they do for all the kids, every single day.

  • I would not trust my children with anyone else, period! My wife and I moved our 4 year old here a few years back following his wonderful teachers that had moved here from another child care center that came under new ownership. We trust them so much we couldn't fathom letting anyone else finish preparing him for Kindergarten (they had been with him since he was old enough to go to daycare at a few months old). We now have our second son (going on 2) in their care and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and quality of care he receives. The teachers form close bonds with the parents and the children, so much so that we've hired several teachers to babysit after-hours for date nights or other events we can't bring our boys too. They text us pictures, and we keep open lines of communications, sometimes even on weekends or holidays when the center is closed or staff is not working. Teachers and staff are receptive to feedback about your child's care, and make a point to contact us if there are any issues (mostly health related). The facilities are physically secure, and meals are brought in from KinderBites, which caters to making healthy, diverse meals for children of all ages. Again, I would not trust my children with anyone else because of the fantastic and unrivaled experiene Bubbles and Blocks has provided our family over nearly a decade!
