Love the service 100% recomend! And they provide diapers which is a great help!!

My kids went here and they expressed how they were treated because of their color. She said they strapped them to the chairs and given them whooping and yelling at them. And whoever was in the office never did anything. Thank God I looked at a different place immediately and removed them. They always would smile in my face and try to act nice but I’m glad I listen to my daughter. I pray they treat kids better and get checked out by the authorities.

This day care has been so good to my 1 year old. The workers do a great job at paying close attention to what my son needs and I have had zero complaints. They gifted every mom 2 roses and a card with our children’s photo for Mother’s Day and that was a very thoughtful thing to do. I know the owner and she gets heavily involved with the kids and takes the time to listen to my child’s needs. When I have conversations about day care with other moms, many times they have so many complaints about the day care they use but not me! Obviously nothing is perfect but this day care seriously is a great one!

This daycare has been a Godsend for our family! For 7 years I was unable to work because no daycare would admit my son with Autism and aggressive behavioral issues. All 3 of my boys have been going here for over 6 months and I can't say enough good things about the caregivers and director. If course there have been behavioral issues with my disabled son but the director will personally work with him in those moments to help calm and redirect him. I absolutely love this daycare and am so impressed with their dedication to caring for it's children!!

The facility is really nice, and I always noticed that the place was clean. The classes are really large. (like at least 25-30 kids in each class) He had a few great teachers (Esmerela was great) but the communication barrier was stressful. I had once incident where my son had a cut on his cheek, and it was clearly bruising. I asked the teacher what happened, and she couldn't understand what I was saying. I had to point and she just said, oh he fell on a toy. Also one day when I picked my son up, the teacher in the classroom had no idea who I was or who I was picking up, which is very alarming that anyone could walk in and claim a kid is theirs. They claim to check IDs but I've never seen it happen. The management is EXTREMELY unorganized. I would bring my schedule in and they would lose it. They also "forgot" that my son was being dropped off at 430am, and I showed up and no one was there. I ended up being 45 minutes late to work. The owner is awful and is a liar. She suddenly raised the rate without telling us, and she claimed she told my son's father when she didn't. They also charged my bank account for no reason, which put a lot of stress on me. They ended up refunding it, but it took a very angry phone call to get any answers. This was the last straw for me and I knew it was time to find a new daycare. This place has the chance to improve, and I really hope they take a look and see what needs fixed. This place is great if you need early morning care or late night care, but you're probably better to keep looking.
