Jerod or Jerome (whoever answers for the front desk) is extremely rude and hangs up when you have a complaint. The van drivers who pick up from schools dont pay attention to street signs. We should probably pay attention at schools considering children’s lives are at stake. Wouldn’t recommend.
AlexisSep 4, 2024I love my Generation Z Learning Center family to the fullest! My child has been with the center for two years and I have never had one issue. The communication with ALL staff is amazing. Since day one everyone has been heart warming and very welcoming. When I’m at the center I see how each teacher interact with all children and I know my child is comfortable and well taken care of which makes me comfortable. Highly recommend. Thank you!
Daneasha PennFeb 13, 2024I certify Generation Z to be the best childcare provider in Omaha. The staff is so warm and welcoming. My children have been attending for a few months, and it’s becomingu my daughter’s favorite place to be. Mrs. Sharee is very professional, efficient, and takes great care of my babies. My daughter loves Miss Janiyah. I am very particular with my kids, my son has autism and they have so much patience with him. I would absolutely recommend this childcare provider for everyone. You can tell that they really care, the center is always very clean and smells so good! 10/10. I would recommend. Thank you for having such a great community!
