I’ve been thinking of leaving this interview for a long time and figure better late than never. This review is from my experience from ‘21-‘24. My son was there from 3 months to almost 4 years. The infant staff was great, but when he was a little older, I was told by someone working in the center that my son was getting yelled at a lot by his teacher and that he cried often. I decided to pull him out because he did have a lot of outbursts about going to daycare, and I wondered if maybe that was the reason why? Anyway he has since talked about being forced to sit down and his head hitting the wall. Maybe an accident or misunderstanding? who knows. He told the classmates at his new preschool, “idk why my old teacher didn’t like me. I think it is because I’m just bad.” This is heartbreaking dialogue to hear from a 3 year old, and we are still working on this 2 years later. I’ll never really know what happened because there are no cameras at this daycare. I did notify the director of this but personally did not feel she was very sincere. Perhaps this has changed much since 2024. Perhaps our negative experience was from just 2 out of the many great people there, because there are some great people there. But I just wanted to share my experience. I would especially not recommend this place for children who struggle with sensory seeking behavior or have high energy- unless it has changed a lot since then.

It’s abundantly clear that my child is well-cared for, safe, welcomed, given opportunities daily to explore and learn, and is thriving. We could not be any happier to have moved our son here from another center that was seriously lacking.
CourtneyDec 4, 2025Kids First is the best! We send out two kids here everyday knowing they are in the best hands. The staff is so friendly and caring. Not only do our kids love their time spent here but we know they are also getting a great educational and enriching experience. We love Kids First.

They helped my kids with counting, abcs, drawing, social skills, potty training, love of music, I could go on. Of course the baby room teachers need a shout out and deserve the highest regards. I am grateful for the memories and relationships. My kids are in good hands.
Adam RobertsFeb 27, 2024There is something extraordinary about Kids First. The staff is outstanding. They are very kind and make each child feel loved and cared for. They also do a great job creating age-appropriate activities for all their students that are fun and engaging. They are big on relationship building and have done an excellent job creating a safe space for all their children and families. The word "community" comes to mind when I think about KF. My children have learned so much there, from academics to social-emotional learning. We love it there and would (and do) recommend it to anyone and everyone who is looking for top-tier childcare.
