I was at work and was notified that my daughter was picked up by someone I did not know. I called and messaged the app and nobody answered. I left work to get there and they "made a small mistake and it's no big deal". Another time I told them I would be picking my kid up early. I show up early and knock on the door that is supposed to be locked and a child opens the door. I walk in to a room full of toddlers napping with nobody there to supervise. I grabbed my kid, gathered her supplies and left without checking her out all the while there was no adult to be found. Nobody ever contacted me to see if I picked up my kid. I verbally complained about the issues and was told I cannot longer bring my kid because my complaints were harassment. Don't miss it one bit
Tyler CareyAug 17, 2020Honestly, this place NEEDS to be shut down. The staff regularly neglect the children here and obviously don’t care. Parents have to bring in various supplies for the staff to use, which should already be provided for the facility. My child would come home covered with fresh scratches and every now and then a few bite marks. I pray this place gets closed down..
Karmen LaNaeFeb 2, 2019I would not recommend this facility to anyone. My 7week old son was neglected and abused while in their care. He was only there for 4 hours, but ended up being scratched so badly that his face was bleeding. His diaper was never changed, we had put him in a Pampers and took a new pack of huggies and wipes and they didn't even use them. He was only given one bottle. He was covered in his spit up, it was dried in the back of his hair even. They were not following state rules and regulations, including ratios. When confronting the director she tried to lie, make excuses, and refused to refund our deposit. As a parent and advocate for children I would not trust this facility with children.
