LUV BUGS, LLC

I go to Heartland Luxe which is connected to Luv Bugs Daycare. When I go there for my appointments i’m in a room that is a connecting wall for the daycare so it is very to hear almost everything going on. I’ve had 5 appointments at Heartland Luxe everytime being at 4pm on Thursdays. Every single time I have went in, never failed, I hear a woman screaming at kids. That’s not even me being dramatic, actually screaming at kids. Always results in whatever kid getting yelled at to start crying. Some of them sound like they can’t be any older than 1(I have 2 young kids, I know the difference) . One of the appointments there was screaming, an infant (from what the cry sounded like) crying, and then following a very loud bang. Not sure what happened but obviously doesn’t sound the greatest. I asked nurse who was in the room with me if this happens often as it’s been almost everytime i’ve came in, she told me yes. The screaming, banging and crying of infants is almost every day. She even told me one day it sounded like the lady was screaming at and very very young baby, her words - “from what it sounded like couldn’t be no more than 6 months and the baby wouldn’t stop crying and she was yelling at it”. She also told me the other nurses who worked at Heartland Luxe have tried to call the place in before because it didn’t sound good but didn’t know what came of it. Just from the sounds I hear coming from that daycare, please do not take your babies or toddlers to this place.
