  • Interesting way to run a business

  • I don’t recommend Project Future, Heidy, Vanessa, Victoria, are so unfair, never addresses any issue with their staff and plays the blame game blame the kids instead of taking accountability. They don’t have any camera so every time they Call with an incident they tell us that it’s it wasn’t witnessed, Other kids, pulling your daughters pants down, touching her butt other kids hitting your son, Nothing is ever witnessed. Your daughter falling off of a chair and splitting her chin open. And these owners are so biased. I’ve reached out to all of the African-American staff that they either fired or left. I’ve even reached out to other parents who have pulled their kids out out of there. Nobody had good things to say. Now we realize that there is some racial biases against our children. The staff turn over there is horrible. They would rather increase the daycare fees than to pay their staff properly.

  • I wish I could rate this daycare better, as up until a few months ago, my experience with them was pleasant. I trusted them with my first child for two years until we found out we were pregnant with my second. My biggest advice is to get all of your correspondence with management in writing and never assume a verbal agreement is enough, despite them telling you otherwise. (Although, that’s probably just good advice in general. Life lessons in general.) My husband and I had been bringing my daughter here since she was 18 weeks old, so we were thrilled to announce our second pregnancy and made sure the management at Project Future were the first to know. I had communicated with the manager while she was out of office that I would need a spot for January 2025 for my son. She said that she was excited for our family and that she would write it down when she got back to the office. This interaction apparently never happened, according to her. Thank goodness I kept my correspondence. Her only response to seeing screenshots of our correspondence wasn’t even an apology, just asking if we wanted her to find a spot for my son at another location. Given that it was two weeks before our intended start date, I said yes. So, now I have a twenty minute commute between each of my children’s daycares, which is particularly rough at their current ages and adds more than a half an hour to my morning commute. Moms know how precious their time is in the morning and how little wiggle room we have already. The teachers themselves are lovely. My children have grown to have good connections with them. The management appears to be disorganized in some departments, which is so incredibly disappointing when you’re trusting someone with your children for so many hours each day of the week. This isn’t something moms should stress about when they’re already so concerned about everything else. Like I said, your children will do well here, just be diligent in your correspondence with management. Keep files, screenshots, and follow up on absolutely everything.

  • I am currently employed and my infant attends here as well. I have never been more happier with the care he has received. Every employee that is there care the most about every single child there. I never have to doubt that my baby is getting the absolute BEST care that he deserves. Mikaela the director is one of the best. She has welcomed us with open arms and made us feel so welcome. The staff, the director, and the children are truly the best. I will recommend Project Future in the Highlands to everyone because it is truly amazing.

  • My son went to project future for a whole year, the director took us in on the spot and gave us the most welcoming vibe. Later my infant joined and I have never been so thankful for the staff that provided care to my baby. They have helped her grow and meet milestones. Love this place and would recommend to anyone
