Have been a longtime parent at this facility. Ms. Katie is the reason we stay or come back with each child that we need daycare for.

If I could give more stars I would! We’ve had my son here since he was 6weeks old and have had nothing but an amazing experience! He loves his teachers and lights up like a Christmas tree when he realizes we are at the front door! All the staff are so sweet and amazing at keeping parents up to date!

Please be cautious of bringing your children here. I have two school age children that absolutely hated it. The management will charge you for the day if you don’t bring your children even when they can charge titleXX. My daughter told me two staff got into a heated argument in front of all the children. After the argument, the staff told the children they can’t speak about it because it isn’t their business. Encouraging kids to keep things from their parents that really goes on behind them doors. Katie seems nice but my 5 year old who needs emotional support was treated as if she was “bad kid” and did not receive any support from any of the staff. I’m hey won’t feed your child if you come past 8 and they won’t let you bring your child if it’s past 9am, even if you call and give a heads up you’ll be a few minutes late, but they will still charge you for that day. They put a lot of responsibility on the school age kids also. Be very cautious before leaving your child in their care.

I do not recommended this daycare, I took my 3 year old son to this daycare for just 1 month from the end of May 2022 until June 2022. During the time my son attended this daycare he cried every single day at drop off and when I went to pick him up he would have a meltdown in my arms, it was evident that he was so unhappy here. I also noticed that the teachers NEVER interacted with the kids and would usually be sitting talking amongst each other or they'd be cutting out art work and not paying any attention to the kids. Sadly I don't recall any single day that my son was happy to attend daycare during his enrollment here. Needless to say I did switch my son to a different chilcare provider and he not only loves it there but he is learning so much! My only regret is not pulling him out of this daycare program sooner. Also not that it matters anymore but after I switched my son to his new preschool I asked him why he disliked his other daycare so much and he told me it was because the teachers at this daycare use to scare him with a toy that was battery operated and would chase him around the room with it and laugh. If I could give this daycare 0 stars I would.

All of my kids have gone here!! I wouldnt trust anyone else!! I know they are taken care of and loved so much. 11 years later and they still ask how my oldest is doing in school and life!! 🥰🥰🥰
