Acorn School

Acorn School in Stratham, NH is a magical preschool and kindergarten school. We love the school’s emphasis on outdoor play (with its four outdoor learning spaces), the social and emotional pieces that are fostered, and its dedicated staff. We feel grateful to have found Acorn school.

I consider it such a gift to have sent my two children to Acorn School for their first years of learning. To know that my children's first memories are tied to fresh air and the environment in which we live, celebrating and experiencing each season, is a treasure. The outdoor learning environment fosters a connection with nature that allowed their creativity and imagination to soar. We definitely cherish our children's formative experience here.

There are no words to truly describe how incredibly magical of a school Acorn is. My oldest child will be finishing his kindergarten year as a Mighty Oak and I couldn’t be more proud of him and the skills he has learned through his three years here. He has thrived in their outdoor learning environment. The teachers are inviting, kind and highly skilled in early childhood education. The community is unmatched. As an Acorn school alumni, I am so grateful I was able to give my child the gift of attending his first years of learning at Acorn.

Acorn School has made a lasting impression on our family. We have watched our children blossom in an environment that fosters curiosity, discovery, and play.
