I've actually never looked for reviews for this place before going and now that I have I can't say I'm shocked to see these reviews. This place is a joke of an organization. They pretend that they care about your child when they really just care about themselves and their money. One of the reviews from 2017 says "The office staff believe they are doctors. They diagnose your children and not even a doctors note proving them wrong makes them back off." Which it's funny to report that they are still the same! They tell you to go to your doctor for some type of evaluation or diagnose and when we went back to tell them what the doctor said which essentially discredits what they are saying, they begin to discredit the doctor. AN ACTUAL DOCTOR OF MEDICINE! The current director Lisa, then began to imply that my child was the reason for her losing multiple teachers, which is absolutely appalling to say the least. I'm not saying that my child is an angel but to actually insinuate that he was the reason was just the last straw for me and drove me to write this review. They have some teachers there in the center that actually love what they do and love and do a terrific job with the children, but the overall place is full of kaka. I recommend everyone to stay away and do not be distracted by the affordability. Little children's development is too important especially at such a critical age that they are in daycare for anyone to waste their time at this place. The real review is (-500) stars not 1 star. If your child goes here, good luck and watch the people there closely.
Jared SmithMar 19, 2025Alphabits is the worst … they lie on the kids eating chart sheets , the staff are very rude and unreasonable. All they care about is money , they do not care about your kids . My son was getting sick every so often and those sickness could have been avoided had they put preliminary swift action when one kid get sick to ensure there’s no spread . Nope they don’t care about kids health and safety . I was even told I can’t bring oatmeal for my kids unless I have a notes from the doctor !!!!! Really they just didn’t have time to feed a kid because there’s 3 caregiver in a class of at least 12 + babies and sometimes I would walk in there and there would be one staff . Take my advise and find somewhere else .
Candy LandMay 26, 2023Horrible place, don't bring your child here my 4yrs old keeps complaining. I don't like this school mummy. Don't bring me here. My teacher always screamed at me, and the teacher always talked to me like that. The teacher said that to me, that's not good mummy. He's always crying in the morning at drop off, I spoke with management they were so defensive, and I had to pull my son out.
Karimot OgunbayoMar 17, 2023My son absolutely loves it here as do I! As a mom of four, I can tell you that my son is very well taken care of and loved :) He’s grown so much and has developed quite a bond with each of his teachers. He is just over two and is fully potty trained! The cleanliness is outstanding and his teachers have all been so great at communicating with me. Highly recommend.
Nicole BarreiraSep 30, 2022I am shocked that this daycare is rated 2 stars. Alpha-Bits Learning Center deserves 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 🌟 for 2021. Alpha-Bits has nothing but the best interest for each child. They prove that everyday. I have experience other daycares and none can compare to ABLC. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Most importantly my daughter LOVES it! She has learned so much in a short period of time. The center always looks and smells clean.
E RMar 17, 2021I had my son in this daycare for six months and at first it was amazing. after a while my son 8 month old son was coming home with bite marks and unexplained bruises. When I asked the daycare working what happened they said they didn't know he must have got hurt. After a month of this I decided to pay a surprise visit to see my son. He was crying in a crib with a dirty diaper. He was drinking someone else's bottle. When I asked why he was being treated that why they said they didn't expected me so early and he was A BAD BOY. He was only 8 MONTHS old. He had a severe diaper rash. In March of 2017 Alpha-bits was on the news for abusing CHILDREN!!!!!!!
