Bright Village Early Education

I cannot even begin to put into words how much we have loved Bright Village. As a first time mom, the idea of leaving my daughter with anyone was stressful, especially after reading reviews on daycares, and stories from other friends. I toured 5 or 6 centers and did not feel great about any of them until I came across Bright Village. Mom instinct was right, they have been nothing short of perfect. My daughter does early drop off with Ms. Susan and the second she sees her is all smiles and does not think twice about me leaving her. She is in the cubs classroom and adores every teacher she works with. I know how well cared for she is just because of how happy she is to be there. We get tons of pictures and updates throughout the day. I never once have worried if she is OK without me in their care. Due to a job change we are going to be leaving which is actually devastating to me because I have a hard time believing we will find anyone who compares to them. Whoever gets our spot is lucky!! They may be a little pricier than some other centers but it is SPOTLESS clean and safe so to me worth the difference. Huge thank you to everyone there who was loved my baby in our time there, you have all made such a huge impact on her growth and happiness this year ❤️❤️❤️

Under the calm leadership of Gloria, the director, the center is guided by a clear and consistent approach that balances warmth, professionalism, and focus. The culture she sets is reflected across the entire team and evident in every interaction with children, families, and partners. The staff has an exceptional way of guiding children that is always positive, never punitive, yet remarkably effective. Every team member is welcoming and encouraging while still providing clear structure and direction. The result is an environment where children feel safe, supported, and confident, and where the harmony among the kids is immediately noticeable. As a partner organization, working with Gloria has been a genuine pleasure. She is responsive, thoughtful, and consistently positive in all aspects of collaboration. When we had a sudden need for space to conduct staff training, she immediately offered the use of their facility, demonstrating a level of openness and partnership that is both rare and deeply appreciated. Bright Village stands out not just for the quality of care it provides, but for the clarity and consistency with which it is led. Our son Miles attended BV for five years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The teachers were kind and cared about every kid. He was well prepared for kindergarten and misses his former teachers. Highly recommended.

I absolutely recommend Bright Village. I moved my son from Tewksbury Knowledge beginnings due to few red flags with toddler teachers there to Bright Village and my son flourished here in Bright Village in just 3 days. Sadly, my son attended Bright Village for only 3 months because we moved out of new england area (last year) but I had to write the review because the staff is amazing.

I have two children (2 years and 4 months), and we have been coming to Bright Village ever since my oldest was an infant. The staff, environment and curriculum has been absolutely wonderful. I have been fortunate enough to watch my oldest son thrive as he grows and I know the BV have had a great impact on him. The owner and her family is very hands on, caring and accommodating. We love this place!
