Went in for a tour in 2023 with the anticipation of my (would be) 8 month old attending this daycare. Upon walking in, there was no security measures at all,… the door was unlocked, no one greeted me, and I was able to walk right in and look around trying to find an adult to chat with. My husband and I had a tour scheduled, but the woman with whom we scheduled the tour with was a no show. The other adults seemed confused, as if there was no record showing any tours were happening that day. The facility was dirty, the ratio seemed way off for kids-adults, and there were a handful of kids playing alone outside without an adult in sight. Ultimately, the tour was a waste of time, as we were told on our way out that there was a 40+ waiting list (despite us being told on the phone when booking our appointment that there would be openings when we needed enrollment). Disappointing, given we reached out almost a year in advance of needing a spot. Grateful that this didn’t work out.
Rebecca KaplanFeb 29, 2024I had high hopes based on the Google reviews. Unfortunately when I called today, the woman who answered was extremely unhelpful. I asked to speak to the director and she responded curtly with, "I can help you." She did not even state her name. She then proceeded to tell me there were no openings with no details or information until I pulled it out of her. I am sure this place is as wonderful as everyone has made it out to be but for a parent looking for a warm and safe environment for their children, this is not the first impression that should have been made. I will no longer be considering Cozy Kids for my children.

Baby JApr 3, 2019We moved our two boys 6 mons and 3 years to Cozy Kids in June from Alpha-Bits. It was the best decision I have ever made for my children. The staff at Cozy Kids is amazing. You can see that the owners hire people that genuinely care about children and enjoy working with them. The owners are always at the facility and are such a pleasure to deal with. The environment is colorful and warm. I really could not say enough good things about this place. My son runs into his teacher Ms. Marisa's arms every morning. And, in the afternoon Ms. Beth gives me details about my son's day. She is engaging and you can tell has a genuine interest in his education and well being. And, the infant room is amazing. Joanne the owner is so sweet with my son, and Tina the head teacher is a gem. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
DMOct 3, 2017My 3 yr old son needed to get out more and socialize with other kids, so my wife and I looked at over 25 places online and narrowed that to 7 to visit. The other places either felt to corporate like a McDonald's of preschools (one even had a chat feature online, and the guy I spoke with was in Minnesota ) or were dirty and seemed unsafe. Then we went to cozy kid's and the staff and building was just right, not to corporate and not spotless with a bunch of kids playing in each class room. We decided right after our tour that this was the place. They worked with us on our sons schedule and have been great ever since. Couldn't be happier with the choice we made. Thanks to all the staff for treating all the kids like your own. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY *****
Aaron SchildrothMar 9, 2015My grandson attends this preschool. At first I was skeptical. I was home with my kids and never placed them in daycare. I do have to say that this school is fantastic. The teachers and staff are kind and nurturing. The kids all seem happy and have a lot of fun. My grandson is happy and is learning a lot! He loves his friends at "his school". I would recommend this school/daycare to anyone! We have been here almost 3 years now. and every day is a good day!
