Cross Road Children's Center

We have been at cross roads for about 2 years and have nothing but great things to say! We have two boys, a 2 year old and a 5 month old. The teachers are amazing and truly treat the kids as if they were their own. Our oldest son has learned so much and comes home daily using words/phrases, singing new songs or most recently telling us how much he loves his teachers and friends. When weather permits they spend most of their days outside playing and learning! The atmosphere is welcoming and filled with creations from all the students!

4 out of 5 of our children have been nourished and raised in conjunction with this this daycare, and our 5th child is soon to enjoy the same great care we’ve always enjoyed. As a family, we look forward to continuing the partnership in raising our children, with shared values and clear communication. We especially enjoy the small local feel and personal touch the staff has, while maintaining professionalism. The playgrounds are really cool also! From the indoor spaces to the outdoor spaces they really knock it out of the park keeping it age appropriate. When the facility gets an update it’s done quickly and efficiently. As I’ve gotten to know the staff over years, many of them are continuing growth personally and professionally. My household has a long term substantial relationship with this daycare, and although every moment hasn’t been perfect, they have really come through for us when we needed it most. We have looked at other daycares in the area and they just don’t seem to be a good fit. We genuinely care and appreciate what this daycare does, and how it affects others in the community.

I have had two children that have attended Crossroads over the past almost 6 1/2 years. We have had an amazing experience with this center. The director and staff have gone out of their way to support my children and to meet them wherever they are at on any given day. There has always been communciation regarding how their day has been and the staff have strived to make sure they are on the same page that we are on as parents. My children have learned necessary skills and the director has strived to make sure emotional skills are taught and incooperated into the classrooms as well. Crossroads has become a second family over the years!

Both my baby and toddler have attended Cross Road for over a year, and we have had a very positive experience! It’s evident that my daughter is very bonded to her caregivers. Ms Jaiden is excellent - she updates us accurately, consistently, and takes the time to inform us of every detail regarding naps, behavior, meals, etc. My daughter is super attached to her teachers and we feel so secure knowing she’s in good hands every single day. My 3yo son runs into school every morning ready to go! To me, that means everything. As he is super verbal at this point, he is able to tell me what he’s learned, activities he’s done, and what happened each day at school. His teachers, Ms Abby and Ms Tasha are extremely patient with my son and they know him WELL. They engage and guide him, celebrate his progress, and understand his sense of humor. When he was having difficulty transitioning from the 2yo classroom, the director, Debbie, and the entire center met him where he was at and guided him through the process on HIS timeline/level of comfort. Ms Jodi, Ms Rose, and Ms Angie all helped with the challenges of potty training, but they also loved and supported my child for a whole year in the 2yo room, where he was very bonded to them. I feel comfortable bringing my questions and concerns to Debbie: She is prompt and professional at addressing anything I’ve ever brought up, and I have full confidence she ensures my children are well taken care of. She has also personally stepped in to comfort my children, or work with them through challenges. It’s evident that she knows every day single child in her center very well, and she has also been extremely helpful in supporting working parents with busy schedules with flexible drop off times. That is absolutely rare to find in the childcare setting. I have also been impressed that she can always tell me specifically where my child is at with their progress, milestones, and learning. Finally, I can’t forget Ms Amy and Ms Rayne in the 1yo classroom, who are treasures. My son adored them, and they still go above and beyond for my kids when subbing in other rooms. Overall we have had a great experience and feel fortunate to know that our kids have learned so much, but are also nurtured and well cared for each day at Cross Road.

I highly recommend this daycare center nothing bad to say About any of the workers, teachers, the Director is absolutely amazing. I would recommend all my friends to them. My child absolutely loves Daycare and is very excited anytime I drop him off. I have never had any safety concern with my child or the center. This center is 10/10 I love them! During drop off and pick ups every child seems happy and content being there!!
