So unbelievably careless and unprofessional. My wife and I had a tour here at the beginning of February, got our questions answered, then soon after the meeting we confirmed with them we'd take an opening they had for September, it all seemed okay. Someone was graduating from one group to another for the next 'school' year, so we had been told we didn't need to pay to hold the spot because there would be no gap. We'd be filling the empty slot as soon as it opened. Followed up with them mid-June via email, hoping to confirm what they need from us in advance. Thinking we'd be asked for vaccine information or to fill out paperwork etc., instead the director let us know that she has an '...in house family having a baby and they are paying to hold a spot...' while also offering to let us know if anything changes or if they have something open. Too funny, as if we'd be so eager to be granted a spot (probably months or a year plus down the line after it was already too late), we HAD a spot already. Or so we thought. There was no courtesy email or call letting us know when this change happened. Our name was just deleted from the list without any sort of notification, leaving us to find out for ourselves at some point. Now we're scrambling to find childcare for less than 3 months out, which I expect will prove to be nearly impossible. I can't believe how disrespectfully they’ve handled us as potential future customers. Based on my experience this seems to be a poorly managed and disorganized establishment. I wish any other potential future customers ‘good luck’, I hope you are not treated as poorly as we have been.
