  • My kids loved going to joyful noise

  • I’m not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but our experience here has stayed with me, even nearly two years later. As a first-time parent, this was an incredibly stressful situation, and while I didn’t feel comfortable writing a review at the time, I feel it’s important to share now so other families have a fuller picture. Initially, things went well under an experienced teacher who understood infant feeding routines, including keeping them upright after feeds and not placing them on their belly immediately afterward. After staffing changes, however, we began experiencing ongoing issues that made sending our child to daycare increasingly stressful. We repeatedly raised concerns about basic care that were not addressed. For example, our child was frequently left in soaking wet onesies because bibs were not being used, despite assurances that they would be provided and our offering to supply our own. It became routine for me to bring a change of clothes to pickup—not to restock the classroom, but because I didn’t feel comfortable putting my baby in the car for the drive home in a wet outfit. This also led to skin irritation and rashes from being left damp for extended periods. We also received frequent calls stating our child had “thrown up” and needed to be sent home for 24 hours, when in reality this was consistent with normal infant spit-up. At one point, this was happening multiple times per week. We were repeatedly required to obtain doctor’s notes—at our expense—confirming that our child was not ill. Even after providing documentation, the director insisted on speaking directly with our pediatrician, which required us to coordinate HIPAA authorizations and additional follow-up. Over time, sending our child to daycare became increasingly stressful. I found myself going into each day expecting a call to come pick them up at any moment, which made it difficult to focus at work and created constant anxiety around what should have been a reliable childcare environment. Ultimately, we realized this center was not equipped to consistently apply basic, common-sense care or appropriately distinguish normal infant behavior from illness. We chose to move our child to another daycare, where they have since thrived. I hope this review helps other parents make an informed decision.

  • My girls absolutely love joyful noise after-school and summer programs. Michelle and her staff do an amazing job with prioritizing homework and enrichment, while also providing so many fun activities, crafts, field trips and more. Our kids have come out of their shell with singing karaoke, performing in plays, etc. This is a family run business and you can feel it to the core. We also participate in tumbling classes and my girls have made amazing progress. Highly recommend for kiddos.

  • Joyful noise is the best thing that has happened to our family. My daughter started tumbling classes at the beginning of the year and was struggling. Over time she has opened up and found her love for tumbling! Now each week she can’t wait to go and learn new skills. Michelle the owner is very kind, patient, and makes sure your children’s needs are met. We cannot thank her and the staff enough for everything they do for our family!
