Stepping Stones School

I didn't want to leave a negative review for this school but I feel like it is my duty as a parent to warn other parents. We have had issues with the school since the orientation day where the teacher had nothing prepared and we basically stared at each other in awkward silence for 20 minutes. After a couple months, we decided to take our son out of the school because we felt it just wasn’t a great fit and the school was not very impressive. We thought we still had so much mutual respect with the teacher and other staff until we sent in the e-mail saying that our son would unfortunately not be returning, to which we still haven’t got a reply back. No “sorry it didn’t work out, we’ll miss him in class,” or anything. We heard nothing back at all. So bizarre and unfortunate they had to end it on a bad note like this. I would look somewhere else for preschool.

We absolutely love this preschool! The classes go on field trips, have fun holiday parties, concerts, and activities from special guests. Communication with all the staff is excellent. My 4 y/o daughter Avery has Mrs. Duncan and she comes up with the best crafts! Even though Avery doesn’t always share what she did in class, there’s always letter tracing sheets, counting sheets, and beautiful art work to demonstrate her progress and creativity. Mrs Duncan has made Avery’s first experience with school AMAZING! She excited to go to school, which is a win win for both of us! I highly recommend Stepping Stones!!
