I called to get information about this place. The lady who answered with a foreign accent is extremely rude all she said is we have no openings until August but if you want leave your name and phone number. I asked politely if I could still get some information before adding me to the list, apparently she got offended and responded very rudely I’m very busy right now, what do you need to know. I thanked her and said I will call later which obviously will never do. I’m an owner of a big business and know everything about costumer service, I would never treat a potential client like that over the phone, the tone and rudeness matters!! And that’s a very bad starting, I can’t imagine how she talks to children if she talks to an adult like that just because she is in a bad mood or in a rush like she seemed. No thanks!!
JG MxApr 12, 2021Our children attended Sunflower Childcare for 7 years. We always felt they were safe, happy and in the most wonderful and loving environment. They learned manners and how to be respectful and responsible. Their creative and logical minds also blossomed as a result of the teaching, learning and exploration they experienced daily. We are so fortunate to have found Sunflower Childcare for our children and we miss them now that we have moved on to elementary school.
cory leclairSep 6, 2019This place is truly a gem! Zoya and her whole family are wonderful! Our children have thrived here, and I am grateful every day for the amazing care my children receive! I love that the children go outside year round, my babies have loved to sleep all bundled up in the peak while the older children play in the snow! Zoya is attentive, loving, and caring, I cannot say enough good things about Sunflower Childcare!
Angelica ThompsonSep 5, 2019I recently called this organization to get information if they have any availability for infants. I was greeted by an individual who picks up the phone with a generic "hello". This is confusing as I had to clarify I was calling the correct place. The individual then went on to answer my questions regarding their child care availability (they would have some possibly openings this fall). There availability sounded much better than other organizations we have researched. On their website it states that they are NH state licensed. However, I have checked the NH state website and conducted a search to see if there were any violations for childcare facility. I asked the individual if they knew what they license number was so I could research any violations they may have. They did not know what their license number was, or if anyone at the organization knew. Furthermore, the individual was somewhat confrontational on the phone when I asked about the license number, asking "why do you need to know our license number" and then stating "we haven't had any violations". While this may be true, many local larger organizations have violations so I find it hard to believe that they do not. Additionally, their hesitance to provide me with a license number so I could actively research their "licensed" organization was off putting. I would be willing to re-write my review if I am able to get the necessary information in order to determine if the facility is safe for my child.
Robert ChartierJul 10, 2019Fabulous! My daughter was cared for by Ken and Olga for years. They are structured and reliable. Highly recommend!
Jocelyn PetersenMay 6, 2019A hidden gem that is worth it's weight in gold! Zoya, Ken, and their children instill values and respect in the children in such positive ways. I know my son is cared for and safe on a daily basis. The BEST Claremont NH has to offer by far!
