  • Took weeks to get back to me & then once they finally did we scheduled a tour for them to cancel it the morning of and then never responded to my messages to reschedule. If thats they way they communicate, I can only imagine how bad it would have been if we had sent our child

  • The teachers are truly wonderful and really care about the kids who go here. My child has attended for almost two years and is excited to go to school every morning! Everyone is supportive and helpful, and we couldn’t ask for a better experience!

  • I can't say enough good things about The Tot Spot! My son went for two years and then my daughter went for two years. Both of them thrived. The teachers and management are wonderful. The location is prime, and the facility is always clean and well kept. If you are considering The Tot Spot, I wouldn't hesitate!

  • Both of my children attended The Tot Spot over the last four years, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff are incredibly caring, kind, and dedicated to each child's growth and development. It's clear that they genuinely love what they do. Our kids thrived in the nurturing, well-structured environment that encouraged curiosity, independence, and respect. As a family, we always felt welcomed and supported. We’re sad to be moving on, but we’ll always be grateful for the wonderful foundation The Tot Spot provided. Thank you for being such a special part of our children’s early years!

  • I absolutely hate writing reviews, but I'm finding it important to share my experience. I picked up my son one day and was told he had rubbed sun screen in his eyes at pick up. His eyes were red and swollen, and his body was actually limp. I get him in a cool bath immediately once we are home. There's currently a heat advisory, and it seemed that if the only problem was sunscreen, he'd be crying or irritated, not lifeless. After an 1.5 to 2 hours he's acting himself again which is evidence suggesting heat exposure being a problem. Mind you, my son is 16 months old. I tried to notify Tot spot about my concern the next morning but I couldn't get ahold of anyone via the phone. Email bounces back with an automated email about being understaffed and not getting to emails promptly. What is a parent supposed to do in an emergency? The director gets on the phone with my husband and told him how our son did have an issue with the heat that she had brought him inside and returned him outside again after 20min. We were never notified about this. Not on the app or at pick up. How was this not important information for his parents? I feel fortunate I decided to put him in a cool tub based on intuition. The owner is a joke. She called to talk about licensing because that's clearly the only thing that mattered not my child and probably not yours either. She said none of her staff saw him unwell even though I had spoken with her director earlier in the day. It was just my perception he seemed unwell... I told her I wanted my check for that week as the director had already offered to return it. She bothered to bring up us withdrawing without notice. After my child was harmed and we received no notification, and an incident report was never completed even after the director had agreed to document the event. I hate what happened to my child and their response to cover themselves and lie is actually sickening. I wouldn't trust them to watch my cat and she's self sufficient, let alone a child who is unable to speak for themselves. Also, they have no shade structure and blamed my baby for crawling himself into the sunlight.

  • The Tot Spot is a place where you can feel sure that your child will be cared for, will be safe, and will begin to develop a lifelong love of learning. Can’t recommend enough!
