We couldn’t be happier with Thriving Roots! From day one, it has been clear that the staff genuinely care about each child and their family. The environment is warm, loving, and safe, and every child is treated as an individual with their own needs, strengths, and personality. The teachers go above and beyond to support not only the children but the entire family, creating a true sense of trust and partnership. Communication is excellent, the facility is well-organized and secure, and it’s obvious how much thought and intention goes into meeting every child’s developmental, emotional, and social needs. Knowing our child is cared for in such a nurturing and supportive environment gives us complete peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for TRC and highly recommend it to any family looking for exceptional child care.

I got there and the main up front building was completely empty like it was under construction but there were no construction vehicles and no construction building items around. So then I went to back of the building and I saw there playground was in a ditch so not safe... and I asked the staff if they had any openings and they wouldnt say if they did and by the looks of it there was about 7 kids on the small playground. And I got to the doors which was the basement BTW super sketchy an older lady opened the door was was like how can I help you and I asked if they had openings because there website said they did and she said no. I explained I wouldnt have made the trip if they just answered the phone I have been calling for weeks and they dont answer. Also why waist my time they could have just told me at there ditch playground that they had no openings. And BTW there website has multiple classes for a bunch of ages why did I only see 7 kids? There should have been way more then that. Also the ratio of the abandoned building to there supposably area in the basement was tiny I dont think all thoe classes would be able to fit because most schools had the ratio of 10:1 teacher and clearly that would not fit there. It wad like a creepy hallway behind locked doors. Stay Away !!!!
