  • I have a baby who is almost one and a girl who is almost three, which means for the last three years I have handed the two most important people in my life to someone else and driven away. I don't know how to explain what that costs you until you've done it. Wise Owl is the reason I can do it without my chest caving in. My older daughter doesn't say goodbye to me anymore. She's already gone — shoes half off, running toward her teacher with something urgent to report. And her teacher crouches down every single time. Not the polite half-crouch adults do. All the way down, eye level, like whatever this three-year-old is about to say is the most important thing she'll hear all day. My baby was eleven weeks old when she started. I cried in the parking lot for a week. Then one afternoon I came for pickup and peeked in the doorway of the motor room before anyone noticed me. Her teacher was down on the floor with her, holding her up while she tried to figure out her own feet — talking to her the whole time about nothing at all, laughing when she wobbled, catching her every single time. Not a task. Not a checklist item. Just a grown woman on the floor giving a baby her entire attention. That's the part. Nothing about that moment was for my benefit. It was just what happens there all day. They notice when my three-year-old has an off day. They remember that the baby likes to be held facing outward. They tell me the small things — not a checklist, but "she laughed at the ceiling fan today." That's something a person only tells you if they were actually paying attention. You cannot fake this. You cannot train it into someone. To every teacher at Wise Owl: you are raising my daughters alongside me, and you do it with more patience than I have on my best day. Thank you. I will never be able to repay it.

  • We are incredibly grateful to Wise Owl Academy for the wonderful care and education they have provided for our daughter in the Preschool and Pre-K programs. From the very beginning, the teachers and staff have created a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where she felt happy, confident, and excited to learn every day. The Preschool and Pre-K curriculum is engaging, age-appropriate, and has helped her grow academically, socially, and emotionally. We’ve seen a remarkable improvement in her communication, independence, creativity, and love for learning. The teachers are patient, caring, and truly dedicated to each child’s success. The staff always keeps parents informed and makes us feel like part of the school community. Knowing that our daughter was in such loving and capable hands gave us great peace of mind. We highly recommend Wise Owl Academy to any family looking for an exceptional school. Thank you to all the amazing teachers and staff for making such a positive impact on our daughter’s early learning journey. We will always be thankful for everything you have done for her!

  • I cannot say enough good things about Wise Owl Academy and the team here. My son attended Pre-K for the 2025-2026 school year and I wish we had found them sooner! During his time there he made incredible strides academically and socially. The teachers and staff are exceptionally caring and conscious of the children's well-being not only as students, but as whole individuals. They are intentional about meeting each child where they are at and structuring the care they provide around what is necessary to help each child succeed. As parents, we pray for safety, compassion, positive influence and strong guidance when we place them in the hands of others to learn and grow. The team at Wise Owl provides exactly that. I cannot overstate how grateful we are for our time and experience at this school. In the best way, we are sad to move on, but do so with confidence that the future is bright thanks to the foundation that has been built here. I highly recommend Wise Owl Academy to any family with children aged infant to Pre-K.

  • I genuinely hope this review is not removed, because parents deserve to know the reality before trusting this daycare with their children. Despite living in a town known for excellent schools and daycares, I made the mistake of driving nearly an hour to enroll my child here, mainly to give him some exposure to Indian culture. This was my child’s first daycare experience, and I deeply regret this decision. From the very beginning, my child was unhappy. I initially assumed it was just an adjustment phase, but things did not improve with time. Some of the teachers—especially the lead teacher—spoke in a loud, harsh, and at times intimidating tone. This is completely unacceptable when dealing with toddlers. No child should feel uncomfortable in what is supposed to be a nurturing environment. My child has eczema and very sensitive skin, and I had clearly requested gentle handling. Despite that, the staff continued to be rough during diaper changes, which caused redness and discomfort. This shows a serious lack of care and attention to basic parental instructions. Communication at this daycare is extremely poor. Concerns are either ignored or met with dismissive and sometimes rude responses. At one point, instead of addressing a valid concern, I was told that I “don’t trust them,” which is highly unprofessional. Hygiene and organization are also major concerns. The facility often felt unclean, with little to no visible sanitization. Children of different age groups are frequently grouped together in large numbers, creating a chaotic environment and increasing the spread of illness. My child was falling sick very frequently. When I raised a concern about sick children being allowed at daycare, the response from the director was shocking. I was told: “We have many first responder parents who have no option but to send their kids. Not everyone is as privileged as you to afford a nanny.” This response was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. While I understand that working parents may have constraints, that does not justify exposing healthy children (and their families) to illness. I expected a responsible and policy-driven response—not a personal and dismissive remark. Another major concern was screen time. My toddler was made to watch shows like Tom and Jerry, without any communication or consent. When questioned, I was told these were “educational videos,” which is frankly unacceptable. This reflects a lack of proper engagement and definitely insufficient staffing. There also appears to be constant staff turnover. It is very difficult to know who is consistently responsible for your child. Stability and trained caregivers are critical in a childcare setting, and this lack of consistency is alarming. Based on my experience, I seriously question the level of training and qualifications of the staff. Parents are also not allowed inside the facility, which is concerning. Drop-offs and pick-ups happen outside, and there is no transparency into what goes on inside. Given the lack of cleanliness I observed, this raises further red flags. What confirmed our decision to leave was the drastic difference after moving our child to another daycare. Within just three days, the change in my child has been incredible. He is now happy, excited to go to school, actively playing with other children, and has built a positive bond with his teacher. He doesn’t even want to leave at pickup time, which speaks volumes. The new daycare communicates regularly, listens to concerns, provides updates, and even schedules structured parent meetings—something we never experienced here. The contrast clearly highlights what was missing. I also have documented communication that reflects the tone and responses from the staff when concerns were raised. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly urge parents to carefully evaluate this daycare before making a decision. Transparency, hygiene, communication, and respectful behavior are the bare minimum you should expect—and unfortunately, those were lacking here.

  • We absolutely loved our experience at Wise Owl Academy. My child learned so much in a short time, especially the numbers, and grew more confident each day. It was heartwarming to see her make friends with everyone so quickly. The environment felt warm, safe, and nurturing. A heartfelt thank you to Aparna for creating such a positive and loving environment for the children!

  • I can’t express enough how amazing Wise Owl is. Our oldest son started there at two and a half years old and stayed until kindergarten. After that, our youngest began attending, and he absolutely loves everything about it. Aparna and the entire staff are incredible with the children, and the kids truly love being there. The activities and teaching methods have played a huge role in their growth and development. We are so grateful for everything Wise Owl has done for our family.
