  I would not bring my child here… I was on my way passing this place and there was a young child under 8yrs old standing outside looking into the building and NO Adult around. I called the facility to let them know and they said “ Oh we know, their parent is in the car.” So does nobody care that a child was left outside Unattended…. That would be unacceptable if my child was outside alone here in Albuquerque….DON’T BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!

  Today was my sons final last day at 123 Child Development Center. He started off in the baby room and moved all the way up to pre K. It is very better sweet. We are very grateful for everything they have done. The most amazing staff. My son has been a wild one, and they just made it feel like a second home to him. I felt very safe, dropping him off every morning. I never had any type of bad experience at the center for the past, almost 5 years. Extremely grateful for everything they have done. Sebastian and I will miss you, and always be grateful for the experience we had.

  I thought the daycare was pretty good until I found one that was so much better. They are good with the kids. And I definitely felt my daughter was safe here. But my daughter is in the process of being diagnosed for autism and has had a lot of trauma from another daycare. I felt they were not very knowledgeable in how to help her And didn’t really seem to care to learn. For her first parent teacher conference my daughter had been there two months and they told me they really didn’t know what to say because they didn’t have a chance to get to know her. At the current daycare, my daughter is in. She had only been at the daycare for less than two weeks for her first parent teacher conference, and her teacher had so many things to say. They were very knowledgeable on a plan to help her adjust and work through hard transitions with her it was an instant difference. The director was Not very transparent, she said that my daughter had to leave the school because of ratio issues and then A friend of mine got a call from them the same week that they had basically kicked out my daughter and told her that a spot opened up for her same age child. I feel they pushed out my daughter because they could not handle her behavior And blamed it on ratio. Nonetheless, I am so glad they did because my daughter is thriving At the daycare she’s been at And I can tell she is so much better cared for.

  Shut down for a day? Week? due to COVID I have no idea. They said they would call me back when they opened and I never got a call. When i showed up for a tour of the facility the owner ran extremely late and sat in the car next to me with out greeting me for about 15mins. They also were teaching my son to write his name wrong. Multiple times sent my child home with another child’s project.
