  I wanted to share my honest experience with this daycare. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. My daughter would frequently come home with bite marks and scratches, to the point where receiving incident reports became something I unfortunately expected. As a parent, it was very concerning to see these situations happen repeatedly. I also found the daycare’s schedule and communication difficult for working parents. There were multiple unexpected closures, including weekday closures, in addition to regular weekends, which made arranging childcare challenging. There were also several occasions where my daughter was sent home for reasons that felt difficult to understand, and I received repeated calls while I was at work until I was able to pick her up or provide an estimated time. When I tried to address concerns with the director, Reyna Regalado, I felt that my concerns were not always met with a solution-oriented approach. At times, the conversations felt defensive, and the response often seemed to be that removing my child from the daycare was the best option rather than working together to resolve the issue. I had heard some concerns about this daycare before enrolling my daughter, and I wish I would have taken more time to consider those reviews. I hope this feedback can be used as an opportunity for improvement, especially when it comes to communication, consistency, and addressing parents’ concerns.

  We are extremely happy with ABC daycare. It is not just a daycare but a safe loving and nurturing place for children the daycare faculty is also Very well managed and reliable, which gives parents complete peace of mind. My daughters have learned so many good things here not only academics, but also discipline sharing and confidence. And also we are very pleased as well with Reyna and her professionalism

  ABC Preschool, has great staff, great Communication with families. I have been taking my children for the past 3 years i have never had an Issue. I love how they are a bilingual program making sure children are learning, and being loved. The Director Reyna is awesome! 100% recomended!!

  Very friendly, welcoming enviroment with caring and professional staff. I have 4 children from 1 yr to 8 yrs. They help with school pickup and drop off pending time care is needed and school. They take care for all littles with the utmost care. I've never had an issue that was left unresolved or addressed immediately if needed. Reyna and all staff have always had open communication in Spanish/ English, no matter the issue we were always handled with care.

  The place was very well kept, loved how the teachers took care of my niece. The room was filled with children art and very clean! Great activities to keep children entertained, the manager was very sweet. My niece’s teachers were great!! 5/5 stars!
