  The management of this center has completely collapsed. What used to be a daycare now feels like pure chaos. The staff has no real knowledge of the children they are supposed to be caring for, important documents constantly go missing, and there is absolutely no consistency or leadership — every time you go in, a different person is in charge. The owner, Maribel, is never present, has no control over what is happening in her own center, and does not bother to answer the phone. This level of negligence is unacceptable when it comes to the safety and care of children. If you currently have your children enrolled here, remove them immediately. And if you are considering this daycare, think ten times — or more — before trusting them with your children.

  Director Maribel will talk to you in circles without actually providing an answer to your questions. She asked me if I was going to give her gas money to drop off my kid at school. Aren't they receiving state funding for that? She wouldn't give me her boss' contact information so I could contact them about the things Maribel said to me. Don't bother trying to call this daycare at the number listed, nobody ever answers. The admins/staff are always changing and updated contact information is never communicated. The phone number on the front of the building isn't even for the center, it goes straight to Maribel's cell phone, she's never there in person. Worst administration ever.

  Taking your child here is a terrible decision. I have reported them. I was a stay at home mom until my child was a year and a half. I got hired at a high end spa as a massage therapists, but for evenings only. When my son first started they said he could not come at 12:50 pm because he wouldn’t sleep. I had to hire a babysitter which cost me thousands to drop him off at 3. That was my first red flag. I was told per ECECD that if a child does not want to sleep, they don’t have to. I stood in the office as I watched them try to shove my baby into a crib for nap time. It was his second day there. He was scared. This place was my only option to work evenings as the only other place was in the warzone. In late December they had high turnover. The admins Ariel and Genisis watched my baby in the evening. My child came home with a blistered bottom. My babysitter is going to attest to this. We had to heal my child of horrendous diaper rash. My child was sent home with dried poop in his diaper. I tried to be kind. In January I was promoted to days. That’s when my child’s diaper rash got out of control. I’d even keep my child home and miss work to cure my child of diaper rash. Finally in late January , I wrote in an app that I was sick of this cycle. I was retaliated against on January 29th. My child and I have a 10-20 minute commute depending on traffic. On the way over my child went number two. Genisis answered the door. I told her that my child needed to be changed. She yelled at me and said the director needed to talk to me. I’ve wanted to meet Maribel for a long time because of situations that had happened at this daycare facility but she’s no where to be found. Genisis then lied and said I have to change my son in the car. This altercation took some time and my child was sitting in a dirty diaper. She told me she was going to report me to the state. I tried to de-escalate the situation. I changed my son in the car. I was prepared I didn’t have a diaper. I was crying, as she was telling me she was going to report me the state. I can’t believe I was having the situation changed on me. I can’t believe I had to take my child to a car in an often crowded parking lot- Which makes me know they are guilty. My poor son was hysterically crying I was crying. I wanted to create a win- win situation. Genisis also showed me an explicit photo of my child taken January 10th but showed me on January 29th. I don’t even take or keep photos like that of my child and she has it on her phone 20 days later!! Do not take your child here!! There is so much more too. A little girl sat next to me on a bench and told me that my child got in trouble - and they put him in a room…. When I asked a daycare provider how my child is doing she would tell me that my child is “cloudy.” That isn’t how my child is. When I picked my child up from the daycare it would take me an hour for him to open back up to me. When I pick him up from my babysitter he laughs, runs to me and says mommy. The signs were there. I feel awful that I didn’t listen to my gut. If CPS is called on me because I asked Genisis, the admin, to change my toddlers diaper because of their consistent neglect of changing my toddlers diaper- after I drove between 10-20 minutes my lawyer and I are fully ready to charge her with malicious intent and false filing. She was the start of my child getting diaper rash and my babysitter and I have proof that it started with her. Also, if she covers her tracks to remove the sensitive photo she took my child it’s already reported to the state and ECECD. I did not authorize sensitive content of my child to be on your phone. INSANE.

  My kids have attended and even grown out of this daycare, leaving 3 out of my 5 still attending. I had daycare hopped for many years before finding and becoming close with the director and her staff, with many being there since the start, which says something about the atmosphere of the place. It's rare for daycares to have a small turnover rate. They've loved and watched my children grow with me. No matter the time of day, the staff are caring, understanding and patient. Over the years, my mind has been put to ease knowing and experiencing this. Especially overnight when I've had to work graveyard at work. Their night teacher is especially kind, motherly and down to earth. I believe wholeheartedly you and your children will have a memorable experience here, just as I have.
