We did not have the greatest experience. My infant daughter was sitting playing on her own and she fell over onto a toy that left 2 marks to her face. The app they use was down from 11 am when the incident occurred until late afternoon. They didnt think to call or contact us until the app was back up. Then when my husband picked her up they made an issue about him trying to get the footage. We eventually received footage to see one of the staff sitting less than 15 ft from my daughter when she was hurt with her hands folded just sitting there. Another teacher had to come from across the room to get her! We think this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Then just recently someone asked for recommendations for daycares of facebook. We just said we did not have a great experience and a random man commented trying to claim he knew the exact situation… just for the daycare to claim we are lying and did not pickup my daughter until 7:15! We have proof that it was 6:30 when my husband & daughter were helped logging out the way out the door after being told he would not be able to see any footage until approved by management. I have had multiple other familys reach out to me through the facebook thread to share similar storys. (Not everyone’s experience may be the same!)
reagan navarroApr 29, 2025We've been taking our 6m for 5.5 months now and could not be happier! Anytime we've had a concern it was addressed with understanding and immediate attention. Our little guy loves it there and we know they care and have love for him too! Amazing people!
Sara NinoFeb 17, 2025My son and I both love this daycare. I know his teachers, it’s a locked facility, and the app is really cool and allows me to communicate very easily with them. And I love getting real time photos of him! He has his little friends that he gets to play with, gets outdoor time, does crafts, and really likes his teachers. I always recommend them.

I really like the process of them communicating with parents and can assure you that they take your in put and advice. Thank you very much for Enchantment Kiddie Academy!
