If i could leave 0 stars i would. If you care about your child’s safety absolutely do not send them here. Management is dismissive and violent towards the children. Multiple occasions I watched teachers and administrators grab my child inappropriately. I’ve had to call due to my child being left in a bathroom for over 45 minutes because he wasn’t able to pull up his pants independently (he was two at the time) Management makes up rules on the go that aren’t stated in their handbook at all. I’ve filed formal complaints as well that are being handled but wanted to address our community with these concerns as well. On multiple occasions i’ve had to remind the teachers to wipe my child after having a bowel movement also documented. Multiple injuries were not reported to me or documented on their ends and when questioned they act incompetent as if they don’t know. They’re quick to call you if your child is being too much for them but if something happens to your child they’re quiet. I will say they have about maybe 2 good educators in their building but the rest are undertrained and neglectful. DO NOT USE THIS DAYCARE! looks good on paper not so good in person.
Sally VogelJul 2, 2026My grandsons are very happy here. The staff is knowledgeable and they are great with communication. They do fun learning and crafts with the kids and genuinely care about their kids. I would highly recommend this daycare to everyone. I personally have experienced terrible daycare centers with my own children and I was very nervous about looking for a place for my grandsons as prior experiences left a bad taste in my mouth. But the girls here, from the directors, teachers, kitchen are ALL wonderful and take their time in getting to know the children and their families. Keep up the great work!!
Michelle McDonnellApr 26, 2025We absolutely love this establishment. My daughter is 3.5 years old and has been coming here since she was 8 months. Every teacher has been wonderful and has listened and acted on every concern I have brought to them. The curriculum is wonderful. Her current teacher is Ms. Johanna and she is great. I appreciate that she speaks to the children like people and doesn't baby talk. My daughter can read and write words, knows her vowels, can do addition. She loves going to school everyday. Our family had a tragic event occur and they provided our family with flowers and a gift card. All of the staff, including director and assistant director, are very sweet and empathetic.
Michelle LuceroOct 19, 2024KA has been both my sons home away from home since the age of two and six weeks old. Our oldest just entered kindergarten this year and we feel he was more than prepared. Our youngest still attends and we can’t thank the KA staff enough for all the love and support they continue to give him. Lynn, Anna and all the admin team work day in and day out for these children to have the best experience every day and our child is very fortunate to have such a caring and loving environment. Good luck finding a better center in Albuquerque.
Andrew IrwinOct 18, 2024I was real hesitant to send my daughter to any daycare and received comfort in learning Kiddie Academy’s security measures and having access to camera’s in the classroom during the day. She attended from when she was three turning four, until she started kindergarten. During that time she was able to learn so much, from counting and number recognition, letter, and sight words to understanding the concept and counting in Spanish, colors in Spanish, and the alphabet in ASL. Great place. Highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
thomas moyaJul 9, 2024I feel really comfortable bringing my one-year old daughter here. Ms. Tiffani and Ms. Yvonne do a great job! The daily routine seems to meet the developmental needs of my daughter's age group. My daughter has gained a lot of skills in eating, sleeping, and playing since starting. I was pleasantly surprised when after 3 weeks my daughter stopped crying when dropping her off and seemed to look forward to spending the day in class. Update: Both my daughter and now son continue to attend Kiddie Academy. I'm confident it's the best option in the area for two parents working full time. The overall teacher retention is good. With their new curriculum, they have a lot of different types of activities for the kids. I also like the multiple events they plan for parents to visit the classroom, which helps to get to know the teachers, other classmates, and parents, and have more of a family feel.
