  • We had our son enrolled there since August 2025. It started off good, but as the year went on, more incidents occurred that had our sons safety as a concern. To bring context into our confusion into what was or was not considered an issue with our kid here's an example. One day picking my son, the teacher (Ms. S) pulled me to tell me right away that my son was taking his jacket off and putting it in the trash. Im telling you this because this was something that HAD to be addressed, but these next examples were not addressed with the same level of urgency. One day, He was bitten on the chest by another student in his class, to the point it was bleeding and looked like a chunk of skin was taken out. The teachers immediate response was, "I'll separate the children going forward"... which didnt seem like the result it should've been (no accountability on the other student whatsoever. We were not notified until MUCH later in the day... no urgency. Weeks go by and another student, punches my son in the eye, and this time we only found out because another student told us. No incident report was filed, no urgency in the teachers part (Ms.S) and the teacher never notified WHEN it happened. This time the reasoning was "the boys play so rough"... which seemed like a cop out and again, no legitimate next steps in what was going to be done to prevent this from happening again. 2 weeks later, the same child that punched my son in the face, scratched his cheek so bad, that again it was bleeding and looked like a lot of skin was taken off his cheek. The teachers answer once again was... "the boys were playing rough"... again, no explanation as to what the teacher was doing to stop these types of incidents from occurring (we had the camera to watch throughout the day, and the teacher was always just dead staring into a tablet with no real grasp or control of any of the students). Again no urgency... Due to our child's safety and real no trust with who was running the class and lack of accountability, we had to withdraw our child.... Im not one for writing reviews, but if this helps prevent another parent from seeing their kid get beaten up, cut up, or bitten, then I'm all for helping a fellow parent out.

  • My twins attended Kiddie Academy from 4 months to just before their first birthday. While the facility looked clean, my children were sick more often than they were well. For months, I asked for help with sleep struggles, especially important for preemies, but was repeatedly met with rigid policies and no real flexibility. Watching my babies come home exhausted and miserable every day was heartbreaking. The long term teachers genuinely care, but their hands are tied by strict management and low morale. The center will make changes with a doctor’s note, but that puts extra stress on already overwhelmed parents. They do offer remote camera access—a rare perk (for an additional fee)—and provide food and formula, though they often cut corners by switching back and forth between off-brand Target formula and the advertised Enfamil, which affected my twins' feedings and overall well being. When we left, I emailed explaining why—no response, not even a thank you. And honestly, that silence felt on brand (and prompted this review). We’d raise concerns, they’d nod along, then nothing would change. Kiddie Academy might work for families who love rules and have kids who fit the mold, but children who need extra support will likely struggle. And their parents right along with them because there isn't anything worst than having to leave your kid(s) behind and know their needs aren't being met. Since leaving, our twins are thriving—well-rested, healthy, happy, and finally getting the care they deserve at a family centered child care where they care about our well being as a family, not just their profit and convenience.

  • BEWARE OF THIS DAYCARE, ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY TRUE! If I could give a negative zero stars, i would. Most staff are very rude, fake and love to gossip and never care about bonding with kids. The director Linda is very condescending and rude to parents when you call her out on certain things. She constantly accused my 3 year old daughter of needing behavioral help from outside source for hitting and biting and suspended her but refused to prove this to me despite asking to see camera footage of proof. HOW DARE HER SAY MY CHILD NEEDS HELP WHEN SHE IS THE ONE THAT DOES.I have moved my child away from this daycare months ago and she thriving at her new daycare. i have never received one phone call about any complaints. Not a single complaint from the new daycare. This daycare is a very unstable environment for kids. My child was always moved to a different class and never got use to a teacher or class and they will not bother letting the parent know about the move and switch camera view on the app, which leaves the parent so anxious about the child. Some of the teachers, including the assistant director will give u multiple phone calls to pick up your kid because they had an accident without checking the cubby for extra clothes and thats because, they are trying to get rid of kids due to them always being short staffed. They totally disrupt parents with phone calls for stupid reasons . They never answer the phone or respond to voice messages either. The daycare is very unsanitary and nothing to write home about. I absolutely regret taking my children to this daycare.

I enjoy how they celebrate different cultures and how they involve themselves with activities and academics while my daughter get too learn from these various learning opportunities. We have recommended three family’s to kiddie academy and also our fourth family will be calling kiddie academy soon Baby on the way. • As parents we need to help each other find child care, and one place I DO NOT recommend is Kiddie Academy of Paradise Hills. My son had a horrible experience with this facility always SUSPENDING him, a 3 year old, for "biting" when all he was truly trying to do was get some frustration out. I do not justify bad behavior but this location made it seem like MY child was a huge issue referring him to behavioral services since he was "the issue". I took my child for evaluation two days ago and was relieved to discovery some already known information. First and foremost, I have a normal toddler, yes with normal behavior issues for a child his age, but nonetheless, normal. Secondly, the person who evaluated my son shared some additional information, including how most of the children they evaluate are FROM THE KIDDIE ACADEMY OF PARADISE HILLS. Why is this? Why is it that these children seem to only have behavior issues at THIS day care?? It is due to the hostile and mentally destructive behavior of no-one less than the director, Linda. Not only is she unprofessional to parents but in the short amount of time I witnessed as her staff kept walking out due to this negative environment she provides. This negatively impacts our children as they also see this on their day to day basis at this facility. I tried to work with them and be patient as I left my child behind with them every day for nearly a year. I thought to myself, "the cameras should help keep things in order", but those cameras are almost useless. I ended up relocating my child to another facility, and even before his "behavioral evaluation", his behavior MAGICALLY and DRASTICALLY changed for the better. It was never him, but again, THIS FACILITY. Parents, please seek other child care services... PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL COSTS!! P.S. He was suspended 3/5 days of the week, most weeks. It truly was rare he be at day care for a whole week at a time.

  • This is by far the BEST child care in town! From their amazing director Linda, and leaders in the front office (Marissa, and the assistant director), to their amazing teachers/staff, and super clean and organized classrooms! I know my children are happy and safe here. They have gone above and beyond for our kiddos and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you all!
