  • I had a tour back in December, and that itself went good. I wanted to start bringing my child in January, so I dropped off paperwork last week of December. The lady that opened the door for me was extremely rude and did not want to help. She opened the door and stared at me. So I start the conversation, asking if the director was in and was told no. I let her know I was dropping off my packet and needed her to make a copy of my driver's license. She came back from making a copy and set it down and did not say one word to me. So I got her name left and called. Same lady answered the phone, so I asked for a call back from the director. I have yet to get a call back, with another two attempts of me calling them and leaving a voice mail. It's almost February now. If they can't have respect for parents or even call you back. No way I would trust my kid in their hands.

  • I guess I'll be the one to point out they named this the KKK Day Care.

  • My experience with this daycare was very disappointing. It was the only option I had for my child in Aztec but I was reluctant to put her here from the time I toured the facility. The door had no lock so anyone could come in off the street and I also saw kids almost escape multiple times. They had terrible lighting around the building and were bad at clearing the ice. They had the front of the facility packed with boxes of toys and books like it was a storage unit. I expressed my concerns to staff multiple times and put my concerns in a parent’s survey but nothing changed. Finally I called CYFD about the issues, after they came out the problems started being addressed. This daycare also treated their staff poorly, they pushed out good teachers for no apparent reason. I finally pulled my child out when the owner who had never met me or seen me before confronted me one day and accused me of taking pictures of the facility. This accusation was false and she had no evidence other than alleged hearsay from other parents. Truth be told, I never took pictures of the facility, but after the unfounded accusations I pulled my daughter out. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone, they only care about money not about keeping your children safe or teaching them anything.

  • It seems like it starts out great but if you have a child with a disability such as add ,adhd ,or autism they will outcast them and refuse them care.
