  If you cared and loved your kid, I would not put your children in this childcare. I didn't have a choice every childcare had a waitlist, other childcare were full, no family or friends to watch him. The staff change quite a bit in the time frame he was here. I had to make sure he was change but he would smell like poop when I picked him up. He hated going there. When I put my 2 weeks in to change childcare, kid's planet 2 was closed for a week so went I came back on Monday. They said, he couldn't go there and all his stuff was missing diapers, clothes, sunblock and backpack.

  HORRIBLE staffing and management. Would give zero stars if I could. All they care about is money, not the children. Was told that my son (who can only have certain things to eat and drink) couldn’t bring a lunch with him each day because they don’t allow outside food. I know I am not the only mother with kids who have specific diet needs or even just picky eaters! That is crazy. Staff was rude and so many kids were crying.

  This is an excellent school. My daughter has been going here for 2 years and they have taught her Spanish and English very well. It is a pleasure to work with Mrs. Rosa and her family. I am thankful for trusting this school to help raise my daughter.

  This is by far the WORST day care in Alamogordo!!!! The supervisor/manager whatever she is, treats the women that work in this place, in a very disrespectful manner. I personally saw her insulting one of these female employees (in Spanish). She was telling her the most humiliating words anyone can be told. It's not the first time I've seen her mistreat these women. I also saw the employees walking in and out of the kitchen and handling food without hair nets and/or gloves. The safety measures for the protection of our children are not being put in place. Inspectors must be sent to this place ASAP!!!! IM SORRY BUT I CAN'T STAY QUIET TO THE ABUSE THAT TOOK PLACE IN MY PRESENCE. If this happened in my presence, can't imagine what these employees are goin through. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED THAT WAY!!!

  They allowed my sons blankets to go missing multiple times never to be returned! When I was dropping of my youngest son the main lady came out of her office proceeded to talk to me as I was a child asked if I was dropping him off or taking him as I said leaving him she grabbed his arm as he was already hugging me goodbye and proceeded to tell me she wasn’t doing anything and that I could leave so I clearly left and haven’t went back paid in full and ahead of time and clearly won’t be going back Not one of the ladies could say anything and this lady did this in front of a new employee I’ve asked many employees why they leave and it’s mrs Rosias actions and how she disrespect and Mia treats the children. We went there for 3 years

  This daycare is by far the worst daycare my son has ever been to! The way their teachers talk to the kids is awful! I DO NOT recommend bringing your child to them. They Don't care about the kids, at all. They even tried to charge me more money with some suprise fee they all of a sudden had. if i could Rate 0 stars i would.
