  I can’t say enough good things about Kidz r us. Putting my child here was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The staff truly care and treat the kids with so much love, patience, and attention. You can tell they genuinely want every child to feel safe, supported, and happy. I’ve seen such a positive difference in my child since attending. They go above and beyond to support not just the kids, but also the families. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my child is in such a loving and supportive environment every day. I’m so grateful for everything they do and highly recommend Kidz r us to any parent looking for a place they can truly trust.

  absolutely love this learning center! Dana and the entire staff are truly amazing with the kids. Their dedication, patience, and genuine care shine through in everything they do. What really stands out is how creative they are when it comes to introducing new teaching techniques and keeping things fresh and engaging. They’re always learning themselves—continuing their own education to better support the children’s development. It’s clear that they’re passionate about helping every child grow, learn, and thrive in a fun, nurturing environment. I can’t recommend them enough!

  I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding my son's experience at Kidz R Us Learning Academy. My overall experience was poor due to several significant issues, including potential privacy, ethical and possibly HIPAA violations , a lack of structure, and unprofessional conduct from the teachers. One of the most concerning aspects of my experience was what appeared to be a potential violation of privacy , ethics and possibly HIPAA and. During approximately end of March 2025 the director Dana Saiz discussed my son's behavioral patterns with an individual who is not listed on any of his paperwork as a family member or authorized contact. This is a serious breach of privacy , ethics and potentially violates HIPAA I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. On top of that , the daycare environment felt entirely unstructured. There was a noticeable lack of a clear curriculum or planned activities. ( lots of printed picture activities ) My son often came home without any indication of engaging in educational or developmental activities. This lack of structure is not conducive to a child's learning and growth, and it was a primary reason for my decision to seek alternative care inn addition to the lack of structure, I was also disturbed by the unprofessional language used by some of the teachers. On multiple occasions, I noticed the teacher telling my son he’s ’breaking her heart’ in the classroom. On one occurrence when my son was having behaviors Ms Lilly went in the motion to grab my son and pulled him by his hair ( no staff should put ANY hands on any child no matter what) which caused him to HATE the classroom and have no trust in the center. He’s 4. This unprofessional demeanor creates an unsuitable environment for young children and reflects poorly on the daycare's standards. ( update : 1 week at new school and is STRIVING !! ) As a parent, my priority is to ensure my child is in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. Unfortunately, my experience at Kidz R Us Learning Academy fell far short of these expectations. The potential privacy, ethical violation, the lack of structure and curriculum, and the unprofessional conduct of some staff members are serious concerns that I believe other parents should be aware of. UPDATE: There have been professionals community support workers who have been in this said classroom who have seen the LACK of routine , curriculum and have seen a huge improvement with a simple switch in a classroom with a steady balanced routine. The wait to reply to my review and not even a reply to my email will show the lack of accountability this place has. If one classroom has 16 kids who needed extra support calming they are special needs by the director is it really parents or is it the establishment does not have proper educated staff.

  Kids r us is such a great school for these babies, My son has learned so much and I’ve seen so much progress in him! I love the teachers miss Gabby and Miss Liliana. The office staff, Miss Cristal n Yvonne They are doing such a great job. I am super happy that I sent my son here. They really do care about your babies and to take good care of them and teach them the things that we need help in as parents. I appreciate this place so much and all the hard work and activities that they do for families. I will keep my kids here.

  Kidz R Us is a wonderful preschool/program. My son was in Miss Lily and Miss Gabby's class room, the two of them made him feel so welcomed & they helped him develop the beginning skills of schooling. They hold family activities to make you feel as if everyone one associated with Kidz R Us are all a big family. The office staff also are amazing, Miss Crystal and Miss Yvonne would make sure to greet everyone every morning. It is an amazing fantastic school, and we are very happy that we made the decision to make Kidz R Us his first school. He truly looked forward to attending school every day. Best thing of all... they really helped achieve my son's goals that we had set for him. The Vigil Family
