  Walked into an employee closing a room door on my 5 yr old and physically pinned herself against the door to keep him inside the room so he wouldn't leave! I regret not recording the incident IMMEDIATELY! He was secluded and crying inside. If it wasn't for my showing up unexpectedly, I probably wouldn't have seen it. Place your children here at your own risk. ESPECIALLY if they require special needs. My child is non verbal.... Which makes it more infuriating.

  Truly disgusted with this facility, I hate Mrs Essie she doesn’t care about the children, I have a video of my child crying with four teachers around. I showed Mrs Essie the video and she said that’s how they handle my son.. I would recommend ANYONE ELSE, Please take my advice. For the safety an we’ll being of your CHILD.

  a big NOPE. look into other daycares. i have seen my neice many times being sent home in dirty diapers with others peoples names on them. i have seen bruises on her when she is brought home that have only came from the daycare and then blame my sister for it (mom). i guess if you know the right people youll be just fine. but if you dont.... youll be targeted. thats my take in it and what many people have said about that.

  This is the most unprofessionally ran business I had to deal with. For a christian daycare, I expected more. They broke confidentiality and discussed mine and my daughters personal information with another parent who is causing problems. Some of the educators in preschool 1 have been dishonest in their incident reports. The director Virginia is often kept out of the loop on some of the more serious incidents, as i have reported to her in the past on incidents and she was not aware of them. As of now, Virginia has failed to return any phone calls regarding current matters and concerns. My daughter would come home with bruises and when I question the daycare, they would say they didn't know where they came from because cameras didn't show anything. Next thing I know, I am being called in by detectives. Of course nothing was found. The third time she gets bruises in the same places, I go back to the daycare again to request looking at the cameras. Then they tell me the marks rubbed off. The biggest issue recently, is a leak of my daughters personal information. When I asked for this situation to be investigated, Jessica ( manager at the time) said she may have mentioned some information on accident. But this parent knew way more than what Jessica claimed she accidentally said. Two days ago, I asked if shes talked with the parent yet to find out who she got the information from, and she said she had not. It has been weeks. The next day my kid is dis enrolled. Pretty fishy. There is a lot more incidents and to just prove some of their professionalism and how much they did not care about my concerns to begin with, I had written a review on their facebook which is being mocked by the Kidzo page itself and crystal, who sits at the front desk. I was also told that it was being passed around and discussed at the front desk, which was in front of a parent. This place is a joke and they obviously treat concerns like it is a joke. I am not sure what can be done about the behavior of this establishment. I have been told by MANY people that this church only cares about the money, and that there are some out of controlled kids that get away staying at the daycare just because of "knowing the right people." I don't recommend this place at ALL. note: There are two Kidzos in Clovis, the one i had issues with is at faith christian church on north Norris street. Also, I would beware of the good reviews on their facebook page. Most are from the staff. A few people wrote bad reviews and then all of a sudden they flooded their own facebook page with good reviews within a week of the bad reviews posted so they could boost their ratings.
